Very good food at a great price. The menu of the day is recommended. The staff is very friendly and the ladies have been very concerned about the well-being of the guests.

A family hotel; excellent reception, excellent restaurant, very complete lunch, very good rooms, bus in front of the hotel every 15 minutes leading to the mechanical lifts, what better offer?

To sum up the performance of the restaurant in advance briefly: everything was fine in quality. The various soups for the pre-dinner, all 6 main dishes, had asked for a good rating. We will not go back, however. At 8:10 p.m. we arrived without reservation. At the front door there was a sign indicating that the restaurant was booked out. Then we returned to the ferry, which was noticed by a nice waiter. He came out to us to ask how he could help us. After we had named our hotel where we had booked, which we requested, we freely ordered a meal for 6 people. We ordered a meal for 6 people without any similar reservation. We ordered a drink without any known reservation.

Dismissal

It was quite a long time before we were asked for our drinks. The wait stretched like a red thread through the evening. We arrived there at 7:45 p.m. and after an hour and a half the food came. When we asked where the food was, they offered us a buffett salad. But we had already ordered these and had already eaten. It would have been fair to say from the beginning that it would take so long, since it was known that a cook was ill.

Unfortunately not a good service

Despite other restaurants in Partenen, we have opted for sunshine twice! There is a salad buffet and an internationally brewed cuisine with pasta and burgers. But we stayed at traditional dishes. On the weekly map there was deer goat - highly recommended! Price/performance is correct.

Very delicious food

Lovely restaurant, lovingly decorated, centrally located and very friendly, we enjoyed the famous caesarean section for coffee and it was really freshly prepared and totally delicious!

Coffee time in Ischgl

The hotel staff was very cordial and accommodating to our needs.  After a rather noisy first night I was allowed to move to a quieter room, with no questions asked, and with apologies from the staff. Rooms were beautiful, clean and efficient, although the rooms in the older section were smaller, and noisier, particularly the ones by the wooden stairs.  The dining room staff was remarkable, always accommodating our never-accurate estimates for dinner times, and providing wonderful and varied meals for the 5+ days of our visit. Frau Berger and her staff were delightful, and the cost of the hotel was extremely reasonable, given the high quality of food, room and service

We visited for several days as part of a large ski group

My wife and I returned to the sleeping hotel where we were greeted with great cordiality. The family who runs the hotel offers the typical Austrian spirit of Gemuetlichkeit. The staff is extremely available. The furnishings are characteristic, warm and welcoming with great care and particularity. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but clean and comfortable. Our bathroom (obviously without bidet!) is decorated. The view of the valley monarchs is very pleasant. Very small and quiet location (a sparish only) suitable for rest and walks. Larger villages with a few kilometers away. breakfast (salt and sweet) to buffet. The main dining room is four-door. The choice of dinner is between two dishes, but the kitchen also offers other cooking options.
