This is a truly delightful, warm & homey place. We’ve been coming here with family & a bunch of different friends for weekends & holidays for about 8 years - and this is one of the best examples of Austrian hospitality & incredible food we know. 
The owners, Chantal & Günter, really go out of their way to make their guests feel at home. The food is always creative & delicious, a great mix of traditional & innovative, with adjustments readily & happily made for gluten-free, vegetarians, picky eaters like one of our sons ... and even our dog 😊. They also have a really nice selection of yummy Austrian wines.
The location is super, just a few bus stops from the gondola. The rooms are cozy, some with shower, some bathtub, some with balcony.

Just incredible, delicious & so cozy

Hotel Zerres is a great hotel with great service from the staff! The rooms are clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are good. There are ski bus just outside the hotel. A bit to load in the dinner area. Would be good with some silencing. 

Great!

We caught the bus here after a reference from our guest house. The reception we had was welcoming and helpful for dinner without a reservation. I'd recommend booking we were looking for nice meals with vegetables (hard to find sometimes in a ski resort) my wife had chicken and wild rice and veg I had the spare ribs both were great followed by apple strudel, nice wine & coffee etc. Well worth the trip if staying in Gaschurn. We'd come back again! All the staff were very helpful considering our lack of language skills.  

Just turned up for Dinner 

We stayed for a week and were very disappointed with the service and hospitality from hotel management. The rooms and location are good but over priced. We were charged 140 euros for a tear in the duvet which we did not make! The management were aggressive and not polite when we tried to discuss this with them. We have skied in Austria numerous occasions and I would not return to this hotel. 

Very disappointing

After our previous accommodation arrangements failed, we were lucky to get a room here at the last minute due to a cancellation. It's not cheap. We paid EUR237 for a night which included half-board. But it was a suite in peak season and that's probably the going rate. Didn't matter, we were desperate. The hotel is in an area which is not geared to English-speaking tourists but the staff did a good job at solving our various problems. Our son has a food allergy and the kitchen managed to adapt the 4-course dinner so that he could eat it. The room was clean but plain. Parking was easy.
