The apartment was  clean, had everything one needs (towels, coffee, kitchenware). Quiet and pleasant environment, 15 minutes walk from center. Very very kind landlord, got me Aspirin, helped with restaurant reservation and late checkout.

Recommended apartment in Graz

I have just returned from a week's training in Austria. As part of this trip I spend 3 days in Graz in Altstadthaus Cityappartements and the apartment was excellent. I was met at Altstadthaus by Bettina who was lovely and she offered me lots of tips about places to eat, taxis and getting around Graz and made me feel really welcome from the outset. 

The apartment was just amazing. Everything in the apartment was spotlessly clean from Bedding to cutlery, bathroom and kitchen it was a real gem. The Graz theme apartments are a really nice touch and felt really safe and secure.

I will be travelling to Graz more regularly over the next months and years and I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Altstadthaus

Very good location, super-nice hostess and reception, very well-equipped self-catering apartment with a 'soul' plus all the comforts, comfortable bed, perfect cleanliness. Fast, reliable wi-fi. In a word, we loved our stay there, we stayed for one week and we will definitely consider this place for our next stay in Graz.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, with loving attention to the details. It is very clean, and instantly feels very homely. It is also within walking distance to the main center of Graz, and the apartment's location makes exploring Graz a breeze. I would definitely recommend this apartment and had an absolutely incredible stay.

Wonderful stay

We come from Italy and regularly visit Graz, mainly for business.  We tried several places but never really felt home until we found the Alstadthaus. All apartments are beautifully furnished with delicious details. Each apartment is different with a particular story to tell about the people who lived there in the old times. The apartments are clean and tidy, and some of them even have a small balcony where you can enjoy a lovely cup of tea and rest in a relaxed atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern with huge and comfortable showers and the kitchens are well-equipped and hi-tech (maybe the only remark is the missing microwave). The Altstadthaus is situated in peaceful part of the city, near the park and the river and close to the center (15 minutes by foot) and the supermarket (5 minutes). The Landlady is very kind and keen in keeping everything properly working and always willing to help. We strongly recommend Altstadthaus both for holiday and for business.
