Looking for a cosy place close to Graz around new year, we found this place. It has small apartments (2 ground level + 2 on first floor). Our apartment (named 64) was large, spacious and really cosy. We had a small kitchenette with the basic equipment - no oven though. The otherwise nice bathroom had a strange smell, probably due to some plumbing issues - we weren't bothered though. This apartment had a large balcony which would have been great in the summer even though it's facing north. Breakfast is served at Häuserl Im Wald a short drive away (we was told it would take 6 minutes to walk through the park). It was a nice breakfast. The entire building is non-smoking. The tram (line 1) is 100 meter away and can be seen from the balcony. Apart from the refrigerator (which can be turned off) and the neighbours, there was no noises. We are normally disturbed by noise when sleeping, but we slept very well here.
