I’ve had lunch here a few times over the past 8 years and I have to say that the food is always very good with large portions. The owners are very nice and discreet. The hotel is spotless especially the bathroom. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone travelling in the area.

Great lunch

I found that we would pass the Brenner Pass on our way from Rome to Munich by train, and I thought it was a pity if I only passed this amazing pass. So I tried to find a hotel for one night so I could see a bit more about this beautiful pass.

I was fortunate to find this nice hotel not too far from a train station. But we were not fortunate enough to come to this nice hotel while the hotel was doing renovation. Regardless, we still got nice, clean, and 'romantic' rooms. The dinner was good and the hotel gave us good breakfast too. The owner was friendly too. He was sorry for the renovation

I enjoyed walking around the hotel. The owner told me the beautiful Obernberg valley. I tried to walk there even though I couldn't walk fast because an accident that I got in Rome. But I still could see and take some nice photos on my way. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to reach the Obernberg Lake there as I have scheduled visiting Innsbruck for about two hours on our way to Munich.

Nice hotel to enjoy the surrounding sceneries

Friendly clean and tidy typical Austrian hotel and restaurant. Room was spotless ,bed comfortable and bathroom and shower clean.Food and drink was lovely.
Close to motorway intersection and mountains for walking and skiing.
Railway station up steep hill with hourly service to Innsbruck and Brennero.

This was a great hotel centrally located in Innsbruck. It was an easy walk from the train station. We had an upstairs suite (cow room in their photos) with two bedrooms which were very large. Wifi worked well. Breakfast buffet was incredible, with made to order eggs included. Staff was very friendly.  Didn't try the restaurant in the evening, but it looked good.  Very convenient to the city center and the mountains. 

Wonderful Hotel

This hotel is very old. That itself is very charming. You notice it in everything, the stairs, the heavy wooden front door etc. It also means that the corridor is not as high as in modern buildings, and that the rooms don't have the same size. I like that.
I think that the rooms were refurbished some 20 years ago, mening that everything is functioning well, but is is not state of art any more. The beds are good, the bathroom is tending to be outdated but still functioning well.
We ate at the restaurant as well. The meals were very good. We ate schnitzel (2), Brot+ Tiroler Speck (wonderfull!). Well prepared. 
The staff was very friendly, we were accompanied to our rooms. In the retaurant the servants were very friendly too.
The breakfast is sufficient and satisfactory.
