The hotel is on beautiful location in the forest, yet very close to the town and ski slopes. Rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean, decorated in alpine style, and hotel offers nice tasty breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you’re coming by car, you will appreciate free parking in front of the hotel. If the weather conditions are not so good you can enjoy hotel’s spa area.

Ski trip to beautifull Heiligenblut

We stayed here for a couple of days and had a perfect time! The place is incredibly beautiful, with magnificent mountain views and a lovely forest surrounding, and the hosts were as welcoming and caring as they get! They cared for our vegan requests way beyond expected and made us feel welcomed and cozy. If you’re coming to the area - this is the place to stay!

A perfect stay in the mountains

Hotel Senger is a classic Chalet Hotel with an outstanding view on Austrians highest mountain, Großglockner 🏔 The owners, Bizi and her Brother Andy, run a mixed-food kitchen but you can order vegan/vegetarian menues also. We stayed there 6 nights and had 4 amazing vegan dinners (on the other days we cooked ourselves or ate at other places). The mushroom risotto was probably the best I ever had. And the roast potatoes with fresh spinach also made us smile 🌱

A beautiful romantic hotel with a great kitchen

Very beautiful place. View on mountains is just fabulous. 
Breakfast so copious. We had dinner as well and dishes are very good
The staff is just so great and helpful for everything
We stayed 2 nights with kids and certainly will be back to this place.

Great place and fabulous staff

After the COVID restrictions we were the first guests in the 2021 summer season. It wasn't the first time to stay in Hotel Chalet,  and now again we were as satisfied as at the first time.

The hosts treat everyone with the same attention and kindness.The charming owners, brother and sister, Andreas and Bizi make an almost real home out of their hotel. Wonderful surroundings, well-kept garden, nice staff. Beautiful, clean sauna , you can cool yourself in a pool fed by fresh spring water. In addition to a rich breakfast, a daily program guide booklet is prepared every morning with personal attention, weather reports, current literary quotes and curiosities.

In the evening, it is definitely worth having dinner at the hotel, because the cuisine is excellent with a selection of fine wines.

We are sure to return this year. And you?

Best place for relaxing (photo!) at the foot of the Alps.

We are turists from Poland and we were so happy to stay in hotel Senger in Alps.
The staff is very nice, the owner is a very good and carring person.

One of the best hotels

Charming hotel to stay in. Very welcoming and friendly hosts (including Nelson the dog) and the guy looked the spitting image of Graham Norton (the comedian). The hotel has a really interesting and historic decor. Our Romantisch room had a 4 poster bed and wonderful views over the mountain. We like the short 8 min stroll down the hill into the small village to try a drink from one of the local bars. We ate at the hotel both nights and the food was very nice and good value for money for the 3 course set menu. Very good place to stay if you’re looking to do the alpine road (107) as it’s only 4km away from the toll on the south side. 

Charming hotel 

The Chalet Hotel Senger was an absolute dream stay. The hosts Bizi & Andreas treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Everything we asked for or needed was made available to us. The service was perfection. The food was unbelievably good. Cannot say enough about how well we ate and drank all weekend at the Senger. The rooms are very nice, comfy and clean. And the sauna is something you cannot miss when you stay! This is a very special hotel owned by very special people  and they make sure their visitors have all the best they can provide. Highly recommend Chalet Senger.

Ski Trip and Family Party

Excellent hotel for a great ski vacation. Nice, clean and spacious room/apartment. Cosy restaurant with beutiful breakfast and fantastic dinners . Very friendly staff with perfect service. Easy to go to the ski slopes with a two minuts shuttle ride from the hotel. Good value for money! 
We will be back!

Fantastic stay!

What an incredible stay! My family has been coming her for years and we finally were able to make it as well. The entire lodge and the wonder family who runs it makes the entire experience fantastic. The lodge is incredibly comfortable and authentic, and the food is wonderful at every meal. We can’t wait to return.
