Amazing hotel in an amazing spot. The hotel is rustic but clean. Rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and the service great. We had a nice breakfast. We went in the summer and things were very quiet which was great to enjoy the spectacular views

Stunning vistas

The hotel was excellent and there was a beautiful view of the church and mountains. There is an easy access to the Hochalpenstraße and there are supermarkets nearby. The breakfast was so delicious and there are many foods such as sausages, eggs and doughnuts.

The view from our room was excellent and we could see the church and the mountains. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely family room with plenty of space and beautiful views from the balcony. 
It was too hot to use the sauna sadly but the area was very nicely presented.  I expected the mentioned robes to be in the bedrooms rather than the sauna and tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been good.

Beautiful spot and hotel

Great hotel with great hosts.We arrived in a downpour but the following day was glorious.
The room was lovely and large and would definitely stay again.
Really handy if you are driving the pass.
Breakfast was lovely with loads of choice which set us up for the day.

Great hotel, can’t wait to stay again

The nicest place we stayed on our three week trip.  The staff was very friendly, large room with sitting area and great balcony, great views, very comfortable.  Excellent breakfast as well with scrambled eggs.   

Highly recommend

Very friendly and helpful owner. Our room was big and spacious and every corner was clean. On our 3 week travel we rated Hotel Kaiservilla's breakfast as best of all hotels we visited. The lady in charge off breakfast was very nice with a good service attitude. I really recommend this hotel to everyone.

Alpen style hotel with flowers on the balcony, which is overlooking to the beautiful valley of Heiligenblut, with fantastic view. Exeptionel breakfast, with rich offer of food, even wiht freshly pressed fruit juices.

Excellent breakfast, center location

We stayed only 2 summer days here. The place is quiet and well located. Stunning views looking toward Grossglockner, not far from cable and via ferrata. The garden is beautiful and the room was huge (room 3). Wifi works and breakfast is super. You do not need more!

Wonderful place

Only good words. Real old Alpine home, built from thick wooden beams, with spacious rooms, wooden furniture and decor. The same time, hotel has full contemporary equipment, bath, sauna area, all time tea/coffee. Stunning mountain view from every window or balcony, direct view on Glossglockner summit, excellent breakfast and welcome staff. Unforgettable vacation in the Alps.

Real Alpine home

Highly recommend this comfortable and cozy hotel in the village of Heiligenblut, at the foot of the Grossglockner high alpine road. We stayed for just one night, but were absolutely thrilled with the warm welcome and beautiful rooms. The hostess was very helpful, both on the phone and when we arrived -- helping us with a flexible check in time, and upgrading my family to a beautiful suite and additional private room for my mother, and suggesting an evening concert at the church the night we were there. Breakfast was perfect as well. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay -- we can't wait to come back.
