If I could put -100 for this property, i would! Worst experience ever, never ever before were we so shocked and disappointed , as after this stay. On top of the stay price, which is over 3K in one week, they charge 90 eur for the cleaning extra, which i think should already be included in this overpriced price, but Ok. And then- after we checked out, couple of hours later we receive the invoice for 180 eur, saying that apartment was extra dirty! What?! During the stay they provide no cleaning, even once a week, so we were regulatly cleaning it daily ourselves, with mop and broom, as we are used to live in clean, not like animals. What kind of “dirtyness” are they referring to that could cost extra 180 Eur? That is a fee for 3 days cleaning I guess. And now the best part- we contacted them immediately, asking for explanation , They promised to call back and explain, or send pictures, because this aprtmrnt was CLEAN WHEN WE LEFT IT. One week they ignore the emails,dont answer the phone, dont call back and we notice today that they simply charged our CC for this 180 eur. This is simply a scam scheme! I dont want nobody to go there and experience what we had! we will also contact our lawyers , booking.com to make sure they face the legal consequences, this charge is also agains the GDPR, simply unbelievable!

Finger Weg- Never go to this hotel!

I went here in the summer vacation. It was the best vacation EVER. the house where we stayed was quite big. We had everything we needed. The beds were soft and cozy. in the morning there was the most beautiful vieuw ever from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing, because there was so much variation, from: yogurt with all kinds of fruits to eggs and bacon and sorts of bread. The dinner was just as good as good as the breakfast. If you're wondering about lunch, we were allowed to make sandwiches in the morning to take them with us because we went hinking. 

The best vacation ever!

First time here and surprised...
Great location, spacious rooms, spa chalet with sauna.
Very clean and well equipped.
ONLY ONE ISSUE 
VERY SLOW AND BAD WORKING WIFI, LIMITATION FOR ONE CHALET FOR 6 PEOLE ONLY 5 DEVICES.
GSM not good, bad signal and LTE so slow.
So nice vacation with real digital detox...
  


Beautifull apartments 

This time instead of the apartments we visited the hotel with my wife. Excellent location, friendly and polite stuff with high quality rooms. Room size is enough, bathroom is spacious and clean. View is amazing on the slopes or on the mountains as well. Half board was excellent,breakfast offer even too much options from cereal, fruits, cheese and hot food. For dinner you can choose main menu from 3 options. Fish, meat and vegetarian choice.
Wellness also high quality and not busy,open from 3pm-7pm. 
WiFi is not too strong, but everything else is 4* :-)
Will come back for sure...mid of Jan 2020!

Great quality hotel

Nice nature and surroundings, apartments was nice, clean and good equipped, bud food was terrible, ready-to-cook meal, breakfast was cheap and fill in badly. Drinks and wine from post-mix didn’t taste good. We recommend accommodation but without all inclusive program.

Low average hotel

We had apartment for 8 and it was great. Once we got right temperature( because heating was too much) it was comfortable, clean and you have everything what you need from kitchen to the gear storage . Only minus is that if you have 8 adults it is not so comfy to sleep on a sofa with springs and matteress not really high quality. We had children sleeping so it was ok. Position 30 m from the slopes is perfect for going and coming back at afternoon. We definitly would go again there.

High quality

Just on the slopes on 1500m. Nice, quite new looking houses with apartments. 2-6 person has own sauna, 6-8 not but you can use the hotel spa for free. Really well equipped, clean spacious place. Best value for money. 
Far away from Millenium so until 10-11 only few people are on the slopes. Lifts starts at 8:45, great slopes in the morning. Staff at the hotel was really helpful. You can by tickets there and we got free snaps each as a gift in the near hütte.
Only week point is WiFi, actually we could not use at all. 
Will come back for sure was best ever accommodation on ski trips ! 

Superb Chalets, excellent location

Chalet-experience summertime: you get a 2-6 person, 2 level chalet at your disposal with on the ground floor outdoor cabinet for skiing equipment, large entry hall, toilet in shower room, stairs, living room with tv and kitchen at the dining table. Good terrace with seats. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with each a double bed, bathroom with annex sauna and a separate toilet.
Hygiene should be better for a 4*, towels could be changed regularly (you can change them yourself at the reception desk).
In summertime, the all-in provides for breakfast, free drinks from 11 till 22, lunch to be self-catered during breakfast, at noon generally soup and for dinner a buffet. Quality is somewhat lacking for a 4*. Lots of kids present, so a noisy dining environment.
In wintertime, the paying restaurant provides a menu card and quality should be better.
Although dogs are not allowed, you can bring them into the chalet and dine in the heated veranda. A +Card is provided for which allows for some free visits and reductions on the paying ones.
Disabled people should be aware of some steep walking between chalet and restaurant.

Chalet accomodations great, food with summer all-in could be better

We had two adjacent apartments for 11 people including 5 kids.  Most comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with state of the art electrics, two bathrooms by apartment with hairdryer, huge living/dining room. Apartments are well heated, very clean, in fact it looked like it was brand new.  The apartments are right on the slopes.  Excellent, we will be back.

Excellent ski resort very comfy chalets

Great chalets situated next to ski slopes.  Apartment is very well equipped with all that you need. There is a small sauna next to bathroom, kitchen, spacious rooms,living room,dining place...all brend new and tidy.

Parking is available in vicinity and it's free of charge.
