The weekend at Pentcôte with a group of about forty people as part of the Cordial Cup football tournament. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. The meals were very good. But most importantly, the owners are lovely and have contributed greatly to the success of this weekend.

A warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, impeccable service, for the whole football team and the parents, we had a wonderful stay with Tony and Lydia who are definitely top quality guests.

Pure Happiness

The owners and all staff are really great. They was available all time even when we stayed until 4am in the room to play cards. The meals was very good and very flexible on meal times. The view was incredible.

Really good

We felt very comfortable, very good fruit orchard buffet, good food and very nice and busy host. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of a wonderful landscape and is lined by an elevator. We are happy to come back.

Nice holiday at the Hotel Christoffel

The new owners were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to get the room and get the wildlife card right away. There was no rush to check out, and we were able to use the room even longer on the day of departure. The breakfast was good and there would have been a very cheap dinner - but we didn't use this offer because we didn't have much hunger. The house is very old, the new owners are just renovating it. The rooms are very simple from the equipment, but in any case clean. There was no hair in the room, but it wasn't bad - just as an incentive. And the TV is very old and small - and it was also a tragic offer for us, but maybe not important for others.

Simple hotel under new, very nice management - we would come back

In all respects, the heating system was unregulated (we should just open the windows, says the boss), the TVs are miniature tubes, the dead flies in the room apparently commit suicide.

Worst hotel ever

In the middle of the night, we booked a three-bedroom with breakfast. When we arrived, the chef welcomed us with an obvious alcohol problem. Unfortunately, he didn't have a three-bedroom for us and offered us a double and an embedded room. In the room, it smelled like champagne, but it was clean. The towels were also in use for several years, very thin. Overall, the hotel was very worn out and in need of renovation. The dinner was freshly cooked and was very good. The breakfast was unsweetened-backed-old bread, the cereal was dried out and the coffee, which was probably brewed with the same powder several times. The chef simply ordered the recipe, and the chef was in the kitchen, and we couldn't recommend managing the restaurant.

The hotel is clear, is a little outdoors, is a great hotel in the summer to take genius walks from there 5 minutes from the Markbachjoch mountain railway. The hotel owner is very eager to make sure that his guests spend an unforgettable time in Austria, he asks for in-house walking tours and lamatraeking at etc. The hotel has 3 stars, certainly there are more modern 3 star hotels but everything is clean and the staff is very friendly - the guest is king. Very good price ratio. If you want it to be very modern, you should choose another hotel.
