The location of hotel is very good, 2 minute walk from the oldtown. Rooms are warm and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful - thanks to them.
Everything is well, except if you are nonsmoker, then it can be a bit annoying to feel the cigaret smoke in all hotel, because of the bar on the ground floor, which is smoking area.

Good location

Very reasonable and clean Gasthof. Really cool for history minded people, ask to see the old cellar. This place goes way back in history. For the price, don't expect four star amenities, but the breakfast is sufficient, the beds are comfortable and clean, the bathrooms maybe not very big, but big enough and clean. And if you get a room opening to the front, you can listen to the river Inn all night. Soothing. Traffic is usually not bad at night. And you are only steps from the old town. What more do you want.

Great value for the price, great location, historic

The staff was super-friendly and helpful! Location is also great! really close to most places of interest. bus stop, to get to other interesting places, is also round the corner. Room was really clean and spacious. I also have to admit the great view right to river and city center from the room.

It is going to be good to buy a new pillows - just an advise to the hotel management. For those who traveling by car. It is not possible to park the car, right in front of the main entrance to unload your luggage. Saying not possible, means not possible at all! So, be prepared to carry your luggage from parking. Small tip, for those who forget to order the breakfast at the hotel - in front of the hotel (cross the river and turn right) there is a nice restaurant, where they serve a really good breakfasts.

Reasonable value for reasonable money!!!

We tried to contact this hotel about our booking by email and by phone.  They sent codes for the door, as their reception closes early.  We were not able to access the information.  Travelling there by train at night, it made for a stressful experience not knowing if we had a place to stay.  We called for two hours straight and they never answered the phone, nor did they once reply to any of the numerous emails that we sent.  They then charged full price for a room even though we never were able to actually stay there and blamed us for their lack of customer service.  Do not take your chances with this place. We did and we regret it.

Total rip-off, no customer service

First, Innsbruck is quite small city and "convenient location" of any building here is not a real advantage. 2nd. The hostel's (sorry, I've not felt "hotel") entrance is in the corner of the building by a busy road with a sharp rise. In this case, you have to climb to the entrance on the sidewalk with a width of half a meter. 3rd. The room (tween bed) is very small and appropriate only for an overnight stay. 4th. But even the overnight stay will become a problem because of the shared toilet and shower in the corridor. Acoustics is wonderful to hear your neighbors visit there. 5th. The view from the window is terrible, if it is not the Inn river. 6th. The high price is absolutely groundless.
