This appartment is very good situated, has a lot of space and nice atmosphere.  
The possiblility to rent parkingspace for a car is comfortable.
The communication with Rooms 14 was easy. We got always a quick response on our questions.


Nice appartement in the centre of Innsbruck

The overall quality of all rooms is basically poor, there is no proper kitchen,
No living room and the toilet smelled very bad.
I would recommend it for people who are  planning to spend most of their time outside doing activities anf come back just to spend night.


Too expensive for a bad quality

The apartment is located very central. The communication with the host went very smooth. Everything we needed for a nice city-trip in Innsbruck with the 3 of us was available in the apartment. We can definitely recommend this place for this type of travel.

Excellent stay for independent travelers

Accommodation very basic but decent value. Owner is a total clown. Chased us out in the morning, charged us extra and REFUSED to hand over a book we had left in the room. Suggest blacklisting the venue

Shameful

I stayed 2 nights there. The room is quite ok but sharing bathroom with no proper facilities not so impressed. Cleaning service ok, toilett not in a well condition. Also no reception around...mmm. Location quite easy access to railway and town center well.

We spent 2 nights at Room 14 
The hosts were very nice and didn’t hesitate to come in person to give us the forgotten key.
The parking where you can park your car for 10$ / day is very safe and clean.

Very nice place !

We stayed here for two nights in a two-bedroom apartment (Furstenweg). There was also a lounge, a kitchen, a shower-room and separate wc. It is a bit of a walk up from the street (62 steps) but not too bad if you take it easy. We appreciated the space, the plain decor, and a proper kitchen table to sit around to eat. The lounge had a massive sofa and another dining table. There was a little balcony overlooking the garden, but we didn't use it once we realised there was a pigeon incubating eggs in a nest in the corner. The shower was good, as was the wifi. Beds were comfy. Easy to book and easy to find, and only a 10-15 minute walk from both the old town and the train station. The emphasis on recycling was really great but some of the instructions were a little lacking/confusing - bins need labelling and the door to the courtyard needs a sign.

Lovely spacious apartment in central location

This apartment is a great set up for a family (we were 6 people).  Although it has one bath, the toilet is separate from the shower and sink, so it allows for easy sharing for many people.  We stayed on the third floor.  There is a small spiral stair case, so be mindful of how much luggage you have to haul up the stairs.  Also, there is a bar in the bottom of building.  The bartender was a great source of local information, however it does provide some noise in the early evening in the apartment.  The view from the apartment is amazing and the location is great!!
