Never experienced such an impudence! 
I did a reservation of a room informing,  that I would arrive with a bike and asking, if I could store it safely. Never received an answer.
When I arrived, the host opened and shouted directly at me, that I should get lost with my bike. He slammed the door into my face and I was later informed by Booking.com, that my reservation had been canceled.

Worst experience ever

I came with my boyfriend for Silvester's Holiday. We spent 3 beautiful night in this little but very nice pension. It's a bit far from the center of Innsbruck, about 25/30 minuts on walk, but with the bus is only 10 minuts, and there was very many bus! Around 1 every 10 minuts. The bedroom is litlle, but has a beautiful view on the mountains, it's warm and we have find delitious candies on our bed and for the evenig of Silvester two little sparkling, they were so nice! Also the breckfast was really good, many different type of food and good coffee.

Silvester's Holiday

I don't get why the negative reviews on this. We stayed here as a couple for a weekend. It was perfectly fine for us. The room was clean and new amenities. Daily clean up. Decent basic breakfast (not to much hope for variations). 20 min ride to the city center. You'll have public transport running every 7 mins except Sundays and holidays (15mins then). Very helpful person at reception. Great view from our room (alps). Overall it was a decent hotel which delivered what you paid for.

Great for City visitors for couple of days

Nice but very simple pension in suburbs of Innsbruck. Far away from city centre but local city transportation works good and it takes 15 min to reach the Old Town by bus. Fortunately the pension has a free parking lot for guests. Rooms are very simple with basic furniture but clean. Basic breakfast but correct.  Reasonable  price. Helpful owners.

Just a stop!

If you need a place to sleep then this might be a good and cheap alternative. It looks like time has stood still since the 70's but we got a good nights sleep and breakfast. Its close to a bus stop that takes you in to the city in 5-10 minutes. On the minus side: we did at times notice the smell of cigarette smoke in our room and defenetivly in the reception area. The man in the reception was very helpful with directions and advice on places to eat.
