My family has been coming to this hotel for years and we absolutely love it. Spotlessly clean throughout. Excellent food. Professional but very friendly staff. Convenient to the ski lift and in a great location in the centre of the village. The lady that runs/owns it is very very professional and takes a proactive hands on approach to every aspect of the hotel. Great heated outdoor pool and spa area. Fantastic customer service ethos throughout the hotel. I would never consider another hotel in Ischgl as long as the same family continue to own it. One thing though, please bring back the parmesan cheese wheel! Brilliant experience and I’d highly recommend
