We have just stayed in Hotel Caroline for a week. We stayed in Room 6 and I must say that this is probably the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely spotless.  The hotel is in a fantastic location for all amenities, including ski  lifts and restaurants. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. 
I cannot recommend this hotel enough.  
Great choice for breakfast and the ladies in the kitchen never stop.

Excellent Hotel

We're always happy to come to the Hotel Caroline with our grandchildren, and we're looking forward to staying at the Hotel Caroline every year, and we're also going to make reservations for the winter opening on 22/23, and we're looking forward to it now.

I like to go back to Caroline.

This botique hotel is exactly what you need when you go for a ski trip. 
The staff is graceful and helpful , always welcoming you with a smile. The breakfast would fit everyone, with fresh bread as if directly from the bakery. 
The hotel is very(!) close to all interest points including ski lifts (the underground ramp is just across the street. 
The spa really surprised me with many different sauna’s , relaxation rooms, ect. 
The hotel is quiet , comfortable and most important - very CLEAN.

Great experience in a sweet boutique hotel.

We arrived at about 9:00 in the morning, and to our surprise, the room was immediately ready for use. For the car we got a ticket for the 5 minute walk from the underground garage, which was included in the price. The hostess at the reception was very friendly. We had a three-bedroom (506 in 4OG). The room was very adequate, with balcony and table with 3 chairs. Bathroom with toilet and bathroom. Everything very clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is not topping. 20 m from the front door to the village of Wirel. So in 5 minutes with 50 meters (rest by ribbon) FIBA train. The breakfast was absolutely full and very spicy. I always found a complimentary breakfast in a super bathroom in the hotel, and I was always happy to come back to the super bathroom with a lot of staff.

It's perfect!

This time we had the apartment in the hotel, since we were traveling with a child, apartment just top!!! Lovely decorated, super clean and all you need is 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 very large balconies, 2 bathrooms Our little man felt very comfortable and didn't want to go home.

When you arrive, you feel welcome, all the best, rooms of good size, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, no wishes left open, the location opposite the elevator to the village tunnel is great, the staff and the manager, all very friendly, plus the free parking in the parking garage super!

Hotel Caroline is a place to stay at nowhere; the boss Julia and her entourage are extremely friendly and hospitable; you can feel this when you check in, when you eat breakfast, just at everything. Especially the location of the hotel, the rooms, the cleanliness, everything is without fault and blame! if the opportunity presented itself and the boss had a room free again, I would strike immediately, it was just a megatoll weekend! Thank you!!

It's perfect

I was staying in for a week this january in the hotel got trouble behavior from the hotel manger and owner she almost hit the kids because rhey were little too loud start she is very violent to us .i got one of the worst vacation ever and i dont recommend to enybody go neer this hotel

Stop the violence

Family ski holiday to the wonderful Ischgl was made by the location of the hotel. A short few steps from the boot room to a lift which takes you to a moving walkway for an easy few minute walk/ride to the gondola. After skiing there is a piste which finishes just behind the hotel. So the hotel is almost ski to door. When out in Ischgl you are again only a short walk away from all the restaurants and nightlife - yet in a very quiet pretty location. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms plenty large enough and well equipped. Free WiFi and a fridge too. The breakfast is really varied and again the staff lovely. If visiting ischgl again we would stay here!  The sauna looks amazing too - not really our thing, but maybe we’ll try next time.

As every year, when we are in Ischgl in winter, it is called Hotel Caroline.For us it means welcome to friends.The breakfast is as always very unattractive,the room is as always PERFECT,!!!!
