We’re a family of four and we stayed for a week at this amazing hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment that was very clean and perfectly organized. Everything was new. The bathroom had two sinks, water pressure was strong and hot water was available anytime. The kitchen was perfect. It had anything you can wish for. 
The hotel has a beautiful and clean spa with various kinds of saunas and a relaxing room. 
Location of the hotel is also amazing, 5 minute walk from the Silvretta Gondola and very close to many bars and restaurants. 
The owners were so attentive and they went out of their way on a few occasions to help solve problems like parking and ski lift tickets. 
I would highly recommend this place and would be glad to be back.

Great place to stay in Isscgl

We travelled as a group of 6 friends at the end of January. The hotel was great at communicating ahead of our visit, including suggesting taxi transfers from Innsbruck and explaining how the ski pass system works (you can buy your pass from the hotel). 
The staff were really friendly and suggested restaurants, called taxis and generally were super helpful. Their English is excellent. 
In terms of the facilities, the rooms are clean and well furnished and the breakfast is excellent, with a full range of hot and cold buffet food. 
Ischgl was a great resort despite the covid restrictions and we definitely hope to visit this hotel again in 2023

Great place to stay in Ischgl

The hotel is only 5 minutes from the Gondola which makes it easy for you to get ready at the hotel and get onto the slopes after an easy walk. On the way back you can also ski to the front door of the hotel.

Easy walk to all bars and restaurants within Ischgl.

Perfectly located hotel with easy walking to everything in Ischgl

I was here with friends for 4 nights. It was allready the 3rd year. As every year it was a very plasent stay with friendly hosts als a wonderfull breakfast. 
We will go back next year for sure and probably many more years.

Very nice hotel with friendly hosts

What an exceptional service we experienced here. It started with upgrade of the room to an appartment, which was very comfortable when traveling with friends. Both owners of the Hotel where super friendly and customer oriented. A special note for the lady who took care of us during breakfast. She remembered our preferences after one day! That shows the dedication of the personell.

Super Service

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for 3 nights snowboarding in Ischgl and absolutely loved it. We had a room on the second floor with a nice view of the mountains. The room was quiet and everything was clean and new. The only downside I can even think of is a relatively tight shower stall. 

The staff is very friendly - they even left a small champagne bottle for my boyfriend's birthday in our room with a note.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, about a 5 minute walk to the nearest gondola, which worked well for us. It's also on a quiet street away from the main street, making it relaxing. 

The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. It's a huge buffet with tons of hot and cold options. And it includes espresso coffee to order as well. 

We were glad we were able to book this hotel for 3 nights, which is somewhat difficult in skiing season as most hotels have a 7-night minimums. They also take credit cards and sell lift tickets at the front desk. 

Overall, it was a perfect stay and we would be happy to stay here again.
