Our best recommendations for this pension. 
The atmosphere was great like being home with a host that always walked the extra mile for the guests. We felt like being a part of the family. The food was delicious- cooked with the heart and the traditions in mind. 
If our way takes us here again - we would definitely stay here again.

We happened to arrive around 18:15, just at the time when they serve dinner.  As this is a family run hotel, the lady of the house was fully occupied to serve the restaurant (which was completely full), as well as check us in at the same time.  Consequently, the checking was about the fasted I ever had: she took the key, rushed up the stairs, showed us the room, and left.  This gave a strange first impression, but we realized only later that she was alone to serve 4 courses to 25 guests having diner in their restaurant.

The room was very nice, large enough, with two single beds (separate duvets as well).   Both the room and the bathroom were very clean.  The beds were good, just the right level of hardness.  The room had a balcony, but there was no separation on the balcony between the rooms, so one had to keep the door shut when not in the room.

The bathroom was nice, with only two drawbacks: there was a soap dispenser near the sink, but dispenser of bath soap/shampoo in the shower.  Also no small shower soap available in small containers.   This is really an issue, which can easily be solved by putting a second dispensor in the bathtub/shower.   The second was an issue with the shower doors: the rubbers were displace by about 10 centimeters, which made it difficult to close.   The cleaning lady should have seen/reported this to the owners, who should have it replaced.   Soundproofing was reasonable, but footsteps from the room above could be heard as well as noise from the corridor.   Please note that there are no light blocking curtains, so you will be aware quite early in the morning.

The breakfast was great.  All one needs is there (see pictures): serveral sorts of breads and rolls, croissants, 3 sorts jam, several sorts of cheeses, ham, etc.  In addition, we were offered a choice of eggs: sunny side up, scrambled or cooked.

The hotel is located in the upper part of Jerzens, about 2 km above the main village, but right next to the ski lift.  Very convenient for winter holidays or for summer holidays where you can take the ski lift for mountain walks.  Please note that it takes about 20-25 mins to drive down to the main road (near Imst).

There are not that many restaurants in this part of the village, so it's better to book dinner in the hotel.   The first night this was not possible as they were fully booked, so be prepared, book when you arrive.

The hotel has a parking area around the hotel, and has sauna facilities available, as well as a table tennis table.

Very RECOMMENDABLE hotel, family run (man & wife) who want to make you feel at home and for sure have a lot of attention for detail.
