Stayed here for a night in a superbly finished room with views over the mountains, Oberperfuss and Innsbruck in the distance.

The owners Silvia and Bernhard were super friendly and very helpful which made our stay the best.

Big austrian breakfast and freshly made scrambled eggs by Silvia! The whole place was just super, we couldn’t ask for more!

If you get the chance make sure to stay here at least a night!

The Tiroler B&B

The owners Silvia & Bernard have created a beautifully appointed and comforable gasthaus surrounded by gorgeous alps. The breakfasts are SO delicious...freshly baked breads and pastries, eggs, fresh local chesses, meats and more. The rooms are very nicely decorated in local tradition and it's always been quiet. We love the location in Oberperfuss as it is only a 20 minute drive to Innsbruck and has MANY local hiking, biking and ski trails. We stayed 2 weeks this time and look forward to returning soon. Cannot say enough good about the two owners.  James & Judy E.

Paradise in the Tyrolean Alps

We made short trip before Christmas evening to Austria. It was awesome time for us. This accommodation is one of the best. It is not only because the hotel is close to Innsbruck. Every morning we had great breakfast and the hotel owners are very helpful and nice. Rooms are clean and we could use nice kitchen with little bar. Really good hotel in winter time (and I think in summer too).

Winter trip to Austria

We have just returned home after staying here for 3 nights. We didn’t want to leave.the house is lovely and the views breathtaking. Our room was clean bright and comfortable.the breakfast buffet was beautifully laid out with homemade jams,  Nutella and cakes. A good selection of bread and cereal and Silvia even offered us eggs each morning. There’s a separate little kitchen for the guests to make tea and coffee and prepare a snack if they want to at no extra cost. You can borrow a sledge  🛷 for free also and there’s a dry room under the house to put your skis and boots in.The village is a short walk away with a bank a restaurant and a supermarket.The bus is frequent and runs from early morning to late at night. Silvia gave us a bus pass for our stay and we also got to use it to go up on the chairlift. The weather was good and there was plenty of snow which is just what we wanted. There’s a short walk from the gasthaus to a fun taboggon run. On our last morning Bernard very kindly gave us a lift to the airport. We would definitely recommend this delightful little gasthaus to anyone. We would love to return one day. 

Beautiful 

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything you could need has been thought of and provided. They were so friendly and helpful. Car parking is provided and a bus pass to Innsbruck. We spent carefree days in Innsbruck without the stress of parking and traffic. The view of Innsbruck is fascinating at night. Total silence for a perfect nights sleep and a breakfast you might have dreamed of !! They are the best of the best in our opinion. Don't miss this one if you are in the area !!
