The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The owner are kind and fantastic! The breakfast is very delicious. So everything is super!I can offer to everyone. You can find many beautiful place to go an excursion.

Excellent place to relax

Apartments are in a very good location, nearby slopes and with an exceptional view to Kirchberg! Breakfast was excellent and Mrs. Grillinghof was amazing! We lived in a small apartment, which is really small, but nice.
The only thing I would criticize is an absence of kettle and wine glass, plate, etc. The distance from the nearest restaurant is considerable.

Peaceful holiday

My self and my wife stayed here over Christmas and new year for the 3rd year running. It's an unbelievable place, traditional Austrian, with lots of charm. The hosts Alois and Hildegard are always on hand to help and have lots of suggestions of things to do. The breakfast is wonderful. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in the Kitzbuhel Alps...stay here!!!!!

Excellent stay again

We stayed at the Grillinghof for a week over easter! Excellent location near to the slopes, and a short walk to the centre, excellent service from the Gruber family.  Breakfast was exceptional! Location was spectacular! We will be returning again at Christmas :)

Amazing Stay

A place where we felt very welcome! The owners were extremely helpful, the rooms and conditions perfect, the area nice and quiet and very close to the piste. We were happy to be able to buy fresh eggs and milk and also fruit syrup and home-made jams. We'll make sure to come back in summer!
