We stayed there for one night only. The B&B is a typical austrian farm house. The owner lives in the same building, but there was enough space to feel unbothered. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was very tidy and had a typical austrian interior. All 100% wood no carpet, no plastic. We liked it very much. The breakfast was very good too (self made jam, cake...). Will stay again. But be aware the location is on a hill. And there is nothing around, except some alpacas.

Perfect stay

We are in love with this place. It couldn't have been any better. The house is on top of one of the many hills with amazing views. The accommodation is 3 years old but looks like it is only a year ago. All great quality and done with lot of love. Outside blinds and fully equipped kitchen is a big plus. Nice playground for kids, outdoor eating area, indoor playeoom incl billiard and wellness room. 35 eur per person is amazing value and we can't wait to be back. The hosts, Elisabeth and Andrea were perfect. It is definitely the best Austrian farm we have stayed at so far.

Just perfect! And the views!!

First the warning: 
this is almost exclusively SUMMER hotel for those who like mountains and hiking: 
we were lucky this time not to have snow in February, otherwise I don't know how we would managed to drive up and down this winding narrow mountain road in the winter (I would be just scared). So - plan accordingly, ask for details and give it extra 20-30 min. of travel time (more in winter).
  
My travel ideology is try to find unique experience and possibly avoid the big-chain hotels and give a business to hard-working families. That's why I'm glad we ended up in this Ferienhof, because the owners are a family who has a farm right there. 
The hostess, Elizabeth, is very hospitable, but practically does not speak English, 
so be prepared to talk at least some Deutch. At the same time she let us be completely independent, so we did not have to interact all the time if we did not want to. There are little kids in the house so if you bring your toddlers - they could have a good time together.    
You can not call the apartment luxurious (on the US scale it's probably 3 stars for rooms + 4 stars for bathrooms), but it was comfortable, very clean, with modern stylish bathrooms, and had a lot of wood (which I love). 
2 best things for me were: 
- the view from the window and the little balcony: because the hotel is on top of the mountain it is simply magnificent and basically this is the reason I came to the Alps. The village below is also gorgeous. In the mornings I could not leave the balcony with my cup of tea! 
- they have a nice, modern little spa with the sauna, steam room, shower and a relaxation room. The sauna takes about an hour to warm up properly. You can sprinkle some water on hot stones, so you can make a temperature which is best for you.     
They also offer breakfast, but for extra money, so we just did a shopping before we came and were eating our stuff. 
I would definitely come again to relax there, BUT - only in summer!
