The apartment is excellent in a near perfect location. The owner and managment are helpful friendly and cannot be criticised. 

The club downstairs opens at 11pm to dawn and the endless manic pounding cannot be stopped with double glazing earplugs and bedclothes. It wasn’t open on Sunday so we slept that night. 
I’m wrighting this at 1am Thursday and I think we’re leaving early to avoid any more misery. 
Kitzbühel is an excellent resort but several nights enforced insomnia have murdered the experience. 
There is a corner of hell waiting for bar owners who put the speakers on the outside.

Earplugs

Arrived in kitzbuel at 20.00 and went to the hotel we had booked through booking.com. Found the hotel door which was locked, pressed the buzzer with no answer. Tried the phone number displayed outside the hotel with no success. At this point it was very cold we were tired. We were forced to wander the town to eventually find alternative accommodation only finding somewhere at 22.00.
When we contacted them the next day we found this was an annex to a different hotel about 1km away. The stag at this other hotel were unhelpful and rude. We where charged for not using the room the hotel taking no responsibility for there errors

Awful don't book

We stayed in the haus hinterbrau for a week during the skiing season. Upon arrival we were told that our room was very cold but we were assured the heating would be left on to resolve this. We came back to our room twice that day and the room remained very cold, both times we tried to contact the girls in charge to no avail. They eventually brought us some blankets to keep us warm at night. Our room itself was very dated, the couch was extremely old and so uncomfortable it wasn't enjoyable to sit on. We were given a small kitchenette which we thought would be useful but we were not given any cutlery or crockery to use. When we asked about cutlery we were given the opportunity to use the hotels although they had no bowls and we were expected to wash up after each use. During our week long stay the cleaner came into our room most mornings but not each morning, however at no stage did they clean the table our carpet, literally all the was done was make the bed and change the bin bags. During the course of our stay we received new towels only twice.
Another inconvenience was that breakfast was served at the other hotel called the Rasmushof which was a 10 minute walk, we also had to go here to make payment.
Overall we were extremely disappointed, we paid for a hotel but our experience was that of an over rated dorm room. The only positive was the location which was very central and that the Rasmushof (sister hotel where we had breakfast/ski room) was very nice, as were the staff there.
I would like to point out that we have never had a bad experience like this before in a hotel and don't want to come across as keyboard warriors here we would just like to make everyone else aware of this "hotel" and our experience. We did voice our concerns to the staff in both the haus hinterbrau and in the Rasmushof during our stay.

All around disappointing

This hotel is a nightmare! It is located just above a disco. Extremely loud music in the room until 4:00 am. Drunken people roaming and shouting in the house! Unless you want to party every night until morning avoid this location!

Nightmare

I have spent 10 days in Kitzbuhel in this great hotel and really wanted to recommend it to anyone who's looking for the ideal spot in Kitzbuhel. 
- 10 minutes away from the slopes
- 1 minute from the center of this beautiful town(bars, restaurants, shops, everything is there!)

My boyfriend and I have been welcomed by a young girl managing the hotel by her own. She was nice, discrete, and super efficient. She gave us a huge room with a view on the slopes. The room had a typical "ski decoration". Toilets separated from big bathroom (two sinks and a bath). A long corridor with a dressing (more than enought for 2 people), at the end of the corridor, the living room, and the bedroom hidden behind columns. I have honestly never splet in such a comfy bed ! After skiing, it was a pleasure to come back to the room, read or watch tv on the couch, we could even cool in the small kitchenette even thought we decided to go to the nice restaurants around most of the time. 

A cleaning lady came every morning, changing our towels. We could put our ski material downstairs. To sum up, this is were you want to go if you look for a good hotel at great price in the center of Kitzbuhel!
