Great rooms however owners plus guests smoke in lobby all the time and in the hallway bad odeur from the kitchen. Breakfast ok, a bit basic. Location is good and quiet. All things considered, would not go back.

Smoky

Located rather far from the center but within a walking distance. Onsite parking. Clean, though the towels smelled damp. Already used piece of soap in the bathroom. Don’t come on Monday, nobody will serve you neither a beer nor a snack. Breakfast could be a lot better, looks like a fallen piece from yesterday’s luxury table, no egg in no form is served, f.i. Would not be upset too much If not the price: 98€ per single room. Lots of cheaper and serving food/beer options at any time down town, which are full of light and sounds and joy unlike this place. 

Gloomily 

I stood at this hotel, very close to the fortress of Kufstein, while on my way back to home in north Italy returning from a motorcycle trip in Upper Austria: the hotel personnel has been very friendly and the food was delicious, in addition the owner let me park my motorcycle just inside his garage.
My room was quite large and the bathroom was clean, with all what I needed for a good and hot shower.
Paid Euro 54.00 for a double room single use (their single rooms were full), and I think it was the right price.
Would I come back here? Yes, no doubt!

Nice stay!

The owners are very kind and helpful; The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, as they have  a seperate toilet.
The location is 10 minutes walk from the center and is very quiet.
The kitchen is excellent.

Our usefully stop-over on our trip to Italy

Fantastic stay, just did an overnight on a motorbike tour but i was made so welcome by the owners, drank with them half the night, spring water from their own spring in the garden where they have a trout farm too. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Secure bike parking, quiet, very comfortable, excellent food fresh from the trout farm. 
Room was very big, shower dated but hot and powerful, slept like a baby. The spring in the rear is famous for its health properties, the trout farm is fed from a seperate spring too, all fresh from the mountains.
