We were at the Genusshotel Alpenblick in the days just past Christmas; husband _ wife and 2 girls aged 12 and 14 years. Very clean and well furnished hotel _ area sauna and Turkish bathroom cozy and pleasant _ friendly owners and staff even if few speak English and not so that they can understand even the basic notions of hospitality. (no one can speak or understand Italian). In our opinion the breakfast service is not up to 4 stars and the overall price: lacking both for the quantity and the variety of dishes offered (only sweet the brioches, and still of average quality) and lacking in wanting to focus on the buffet despite the fact that we were in the eighth room of the dining room at the end of the morning.

A hotel that doesn't live up to expectations.

The first impression was immediate, very clean, very attentive everything makes a very clean impression. The staff were very nice and generous, the food is very recommended, even with the guest card it makes sense to travel around, you can leave the car there.

All in all top service

In March 2022, my husband and I spent a few very nice days at the Alpenblick Hotel. Rooms were bright and clean, shower gel, soap always available (can't understand a criticism here). Breakfast was excellent, with local specialties. The restaurant was sometimes the best we tried in the Ötztal. The salad buffet was always fresh and well-cooked. I didn't miss toasted bread, grains udg, so I would feel like I was on the highway. The hosts were friendly and very friendly. A house above the usual standard with an excellent kitchen. Thank you!

Wonderful hosts

After ten days in Längenfeld we finally (accidentally) discovered the restaurant of the Hotel Alpenblick in the village of Huben. The food was very good. Good quality, good taste, fine cuisine and very good service. The restaurant should be run on Tripadvisor extra... then we would have probably discovered it earlier. We can't say anything about the hotel. However, everything makes a very well-groomed impression and the hotel is quiet.

Very good restaurant

Nice room with sleeping area, living area with HD TV and balcony. Very good food, delicious menu in the evening, breakfast buffet with everything I need. Good start to the day and good ending in the evening. In addition there is the Ötztal Premium Card free of charge. Mountain trains, buses, freibad, mini golf etc. free of charge, it is noticeable in the holiday box. In addition, a small but very nice wellness area. To this warm and supportive host and staff. We felt very comfortable. Glad to have you again.

Good choice

Very nice reception and the food was excellent every time This restaurant is highly recommended The price ratio was excellent for the daily menu.

Dinner

It's actually a stylish place, but if you're sitting in the front door, you don't feel so comfortable anymore, because you're sitting in the parking lot with cars parked near the driveway. Special requests aren't welcome: this is about the three-day menu, which is obviously not to be changed. Salad is rich in buffet, but unfortunately the Rucola couldn't last until 8:00 p.m.: no more freshness, no more beautiful views. There were no special ingredients like croutons, eggs, olives, pork chops, cheese, etc.

Restaurant: air up

My assessment relates to the hotel's public restaurant. After a nice stroll through the snowy Ötztal, we wanted to take a little boost in the hotel restaurant. The fact that there was nothing to eat after 2pm (we were there at 2:20pm) was no problem for us, at least we still had the chance to have drinks. Firstly, we were given a table that we were not allowed to eat because it still had to be cleaned. After we sat down, we moved to the neighbourhood music hall because our table for the evening dinner was booked.

Unwelcome guests

Huben is a fraction of Langenfeld in the direction of Solden. Much less frenetic than Langenfeld, lying in the narrowest point of the valley, amid mountains that seem to touch you, it's worth seeing.

Fast break

The rooms are very nice, clean, the staff friendly and you can park in front of the house. The breakfast is very good and more than enough, there is food in the house. The location is ideal for cyclists, hikers and motorcyclists because it is on the way to Timmelsjoch.
