Family owned and operated. Well located with flat 12 minute walk to town center and groceries. Clean, quiet when we were there in August. Reasonably priced, less than €80 per night. Maximum 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. Apartment F is one bedroom, two people max. Small kitchen with microwave and 2 burner cooktop big enough. Dishes and utensils good enough. Very nice balcony with view of mountains. Chinese restaurant 5 minute walk.

A lovely stay

Although the appartments are small they feel really cosy! The place was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The place offers free WIFI and parking space. The owner has been very friendly and helpfull. Overall nice experience!

PS: One minus for our appartment which had the bathroom door opening directly into the kitcken.

Nice place!

We stayed there two families of 4 and 5 for a week and like it very much. the hosts were very welcoming and did the most to make our stay comfortable.
the appartments are very new with beautiful bright wooden furniture.
Although there was a lack of some kitchenware, you can ask hosts for anything you need and they provide it.
the location of Langenfeld is perfect in the middle of the Oetz valley, so you can reach any attraction within 20-30 min.
the location of the guesthouse is very comfortable too. Just near the beautiful Lehner Waterfall, so you just can walk there.

Fantastic Service, Home and Location

Arrival
We made the mistake of arriving after dark and what you don't know is that the numbers for housing in Langenfeld are not done in sequential order.  The NAVSAT took me into town but it did not take us anywhere near the Gastehaus Renate.  Fortunately we were able to call the home and the receptionist was able to find out where we were and got on her bike to find us and bring us in.  Yes service at its best.  With that stated however make sure you get there in the light and have a picture of the house with you so you may more easily find it.  

Room
We then found parking on the street in front of the hotel (free neighbourhood parking). After a quick check-in, we lugged our luggage up to the fifth floor for room 5.  The room was truly immaculate.  It consisted of a true queen size bed, balcony, kitchen, kitchen table, oven, stove, microwave, sofa (2nd bed) table and all the dishware and dishwasher.  Bathroom was large with a walk in shower with two shower heads (rainfall and handle).  Only odd thing was that the bathroom was located in the kitchen area.  

Location
We stayed here because it was so close to the aqua dome.  We stayed the night before to take advantage of the 0900 opening the next morning for the spa.   It was suppose to be just a quick in and out to get to the spa.  What we didn't expect was the true value of the home due to the immediate surroundings.  You step outside the house and you are in the valley between two incredible mountains.  I went for a run in the morning and used the sidewalk to run down to the river and then once there, I was able to take the option of numerous running trails off the road.  It was a beautiful run and on the way back I took a detour to a waterfall coming off the mountain and found a museum of a logging mill within a few houses of the B&B.  Perfect start to a day.

Overall
From the service to the location, and extraordinary home I rank this as one of the best experiences I have received from a B&B for the value given.   I am truly surprised I did not have to pay more for my stay here, but I am certainly not complaining.  I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

An amazing B&B

The reception was very friendly, and the accommodation spacious and well-appointed, providing excellent value for money.  The guesthouse is some distance from the centre of the village, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.  We had a double room and an apartment with kitchen facilities, which provided everything needed.
