We went skiing for a week in Tirol and had a wonderful stay at Ferienheim Leopoldine. The host, Martina, is very friendly, helpful & she prepares a very tasty breakfast :) 

The bus station is just around the corner.

The villa is very clean and quiet, the perfect spot to relax and recover after an entire day spent skiing :)

Wonderful location

We have just returned from a wonderful walking holiday in Austria – in the Öztal. We  stayed for the umpteenth time at the Ferienheim Leopldine  and this remains a very nice moment.... Both in summer and winter..
Leopoldine and  her  charming dochter Martina, thehosts,  are  proud of offering  a  qualityatieve  accommodatie. They offer you a  very warm welcome in their charming surroundings. Friendly, enthusiastic and helpful,  in other words driven people, ensuring that guests can enjoy their stay.
The location  is more than perfect... It's paradise on earth.  An incredible beautiful  natural  mountainous  environment. In the morning and in the evening  you can hear the sounds of the birds,  the bees, goats and cows, but it isalso a place where you can enjoy the real  silence.
An absolute added value is that the hosts made a more than excellent taylormade breakfast. You   can't start the day better than  that.
We can really highly recommend this location to anyone who likes such a concept

The perfect location - Very charming hosts

A very comfortable guest house, with an excellent and plentiful breakfast.  This is my first choice of accommodation when I am in the Huben area.  When I was last there I was unwell and Martina immediately offered to take me by car to the local clinic.  This was a friendly and caring attention that goes beyond good service.

Go the extra mile!

Very friendly lady owner! I thank her for preparing twice our breakfast early at 5:45 a.m which normally buffet breakfast start at 7:am. It wasn't necessary to ask, on arrival, we mentioned that we will be out very early morning, she immediately offer the 'extra early breakfast'. Thank you!

Haus Leopoldine is a hidden gem in a beautiful village near Soelden, called Huben. Haus Leopoldine is a small pension where everything is made with good taste and care to the guests. Our room (double room with balcony) was very nice, spacious enough and extremely clean, with a superb view to the mountain. The room has a floor heating system, which for me was a great advantage. The hosts are very nice and, although they do not speak English, are trying their best to make you feel comfortable and to find how can answer to your needs. The haus has its own parking space and a nice room where you can take a good breakfast. Huben is a very nice village 10 km far from Soelden and 3 km from the Aqua Dome. You can find there good restaurants and some stores. Also, for non-skiers, there are a lot of winter walking trails. I strongly recommend Huben and Haus Leopoldine for those who want to enjoy a nice, comfortable and relaxing  vacation on Otztal valley.
