fantastic apartment, clean, good facilities and excellent location. spacious rooms with good amenities. The owners are very helpful 
ample parking facilities at the apartment. the ski bus stops in front of the apartment. 
ideal apartment for several families

Excellent

Our family stayed here for 3 days as we passed through Ehrwald on our Austria/Germany trip.  The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood not far from the town center.  It took us about a 5-10 minute walk to go to restaurants for dinner.  The room was spacious and clean and had a separate bedroom with king bed and bunk beds and another room with kitchen table, small kitchen and sofa.  And a fairly large bathroom off of that.  The kitchen had everything you'd need in it so you could easily do your own cooking if you wanted to. A family of 4 could easily feel comfortable in this room, even 5 with smaller children.  The balcony was so nice to sit out on in the evenings with the view to the mountains.  Beds/bedding very comfortable and very quiet.  Breakfast was included and had nice fresh fruit, yogurt, soft boiled eggs, rolls, bread, deli meats and cheese.  It was substantial and delicious.  The host was extremely nice and gracious.  She made an excellent suggestion for dinner that we went to the first night.  We tried to go back another night but they were booked.  I'm sure our host would have helped us make a reservation if we had asked.

Quiet Splendor

Me and my girlfriend stayed in Gastehaus Schoeneweiss (for 1 night) and had a really great time !
The room was nice spacious and clean with a magnificent  balcony and view to the mountains.
Everything was clean and tidy. The environment is very quiet
Breakfast was really nice and included vegetables and forest fruits.
Nicole, probably the owner of the place, was really friendly and patient and she is truely an amazing host.

Location is Ok but not great if you do not have a car. The guesthouse is right next to a bus station but the bus runs only once an hour (to both directions) and the bus isn't in great synch with the train time-table
By walking its about ~7-8 mins (with no luggage) walk to the town center. 
Consider use of taxi for arrival without a car.

We definitely recommend this place. Room and host is probably the best we recently had!

Great stay in Gastehaus Schoeneweiss

We had a room with a balcony that faces the mountain and the view was stunning. This is a small place in a neighborhood with just a few rooms. Staff is very warm and friendly. Breakfast was included and it was very filling. Great place to stay if you are doing Zugspite.

Had nice familyroom. Very spatious and spotlessly clean. Good wifi in the room. Breakfast was basic but sufficient and tasty. Situated in very nice town near Lermoos, well known ski resort. Hosts (Suzanne and mother) were extremely friendly and helpfull.
