We spent a week at Ferienhaus Antonia and recommend it for others who are considering a trip to the Oztal Valley. It is convenient to the Ski Bus stop and only a few minutes away from Hochoetz ski area. It is easy to connect from their to Kuhtai. We never figured out how to take the bus to Soelden but honestly, if you have a car it is probably easier to drive there.

The hosts quickly responded to any question and request. They are very friendly. 

Parking can be a bit of a problem so be patient and expect to walk. There is a small supermarket close by as well as ski rental and a bar/restaurant.

Friendly hosts and convenient

The Ferienhaus Antonia is a family owned apartment Inn composed of two buildings.   The main building is featured here.   When there is overflow or when it is off season and rainy as when we were there, guests may be lodged in the second building about 10 minutes away.  This was our situation as it was cold and rainy and the many usual outdoor attractions were not available so the larger building was closed.

We were disappointed until we saw our apartment in the smaller building.   We were on the top floor with an amazing view of the snow covered Alps. We had the entire 3rd floor with magnificent views from both front and back.  

The kitchen and bathroom were in the hall as was one bedroom.   The large room was divided by a cabinet the size of a king bed and indeed there was a king bed behind it .  On the other side of this partition was a sofa, a dining booth, desk, TV  and large porch.

The larger building is nearer the ski slopes and a bit shorter walk to the center of town.
