Spacious and luxurious hotel, large rooms with everything you need. Amazing hospitality from the team. As well as many facilities including a steam room. Buffet breakfast is fresh and provides a range of healthy food. Would highly recommend staying here. The beds provide elite comfort throughout the stay with the rooms being kept top notch throughout the stay by the amazing house keeper. Great location about a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town and ski lifts. There is also a heated boot storage area that makes your boots nice and toasty after a day of skiing.

Highly recommended for anyone travelling here.

Perfect Holiday in Lech

Wonderful host. Super friendly and helpful. Great room. Much more then expected for the price.

Breakfast was amazing as well. Location is close to the city center but quiet.

Wonderful stay

We rarely enjoyed a vacation like we did on our first visit to Kilian. Very friendly, cheerful, attentive hosts who gave us good tips for staying. Away from the hustle and bustle, almost in the middle of the place, a little on the slope, therefore good visibility. Everything is awkwardly clean, good breakfast buffet. Stayed longer than we originally wanted, despite not very good weather. The room is large with a balcony, not all new, but functional, with magnificent facilities. For this area, we give an amazingly affordable recommendation, we make a clear recommendation. An ideal beautiful area to wander around, which is very affordable for buses and coaches, etc.

It's the worst thing I can do!

In July 2020, we spent a wonderful four-day hiking holiday in Lech. The guesthouse was top-notch, the host was fabulously attentive, friendly and authentic. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was quite orderly and we were always provided with great hiking tips by the hostess.

Traveling holiday

We were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. Rooms with balcony and bathroom with shower/bathtub and large mirror. Comfort and super service. Delicious buffet and wide selection. For the slightly more generous wallet.

Friendly, clean and high quality

Stay split in 2. First two days. Lovely Pension with great bootroom and sauna etc close to lifts, restaurants etc. The Pension is run by a ski racing family - they were very helpful  re advice where to ski etc. Quiet location 5 mins walk to the town centre ideal.
Then snapped my ACL - had to have op etc. Again the family could not have been more helpful - recommending where to go, organising taxis, ice packs etc. I don't often place reviews, only when something is very bad or very good. This is definitely in the very good category.

Lovely Family Run Hotel - close to slopes

Pension Kilian is a fantastic place to stay while you take in all that Lech has to offer. One of the most beautiful parts of the world in both summer and winter. The facilities are excellent and the service is great. Will definitely stay here again. 

Great Family Holiday

I stayed on my own for 5 nights at the Pension Kilian and it was generally a good stay. It was very reasonable in terms of cost considering you’re staying in such an upmarket resort. 
I had a single room that although was basic, had everything you needed - apart from any British channels on the television. 
One negative about the room was the fact that the shower gel did not get replaced once during my stay, meaning that I was having to ration it so that it lasted the 5 days. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t require a litre of the stuff on a daily basis but a 10ml bottle for 10+ showers during my stay wasn’t enough. 

Breakfast was ‘ok’. The choice was between four or five types of cereal and a couple of slices of ham and cheese. I didn’t get offered anything more than this such as omelette or any types of eggs for that matter. One morning I was sat in breakfast for 20 minutes or so and was not offered coffee until I was walking out of the room.

My last experience with the hotel was my departure. This was an area in which they were extremely efficient, the payment for my room was completed in less than a minute. Upon leaving (with multiple bags, boots and ski’s) I was not given any assistance to leave the hotel, I was just pretty much ignored as I was struggling to get out of the hotel. 

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. 

Nothing wrong with it

Samantha and her staff are a highly functional, congenial team.  From the service at breakfast to the meticulous room cleaning, patrons are treated with genuine hospitality.  We had numerous questions about transportation glitches, ski hills, restaurants, and rentals, all of which were handled with professionalism and clarity.  It was an absolute pleasure at the end of many a fabulous ski days to retire to the comfort of our pristine room in the Pension Kilian.
