The hotel is very hospitable. The rooms are classically Austrian, very clean. The beds are very soft, the pillows and the blankets are just excellent. The room has a comfortable wardrobe, a large bathroom, a refrigerator. The breakfast is delicious and overlooking the mountains. The hotel is conveniently located in relation to the elevator. I recommend this hotel for those who like to ski actively!

Superb little hotel, brilliantly located a few
minutes walk from the centre of town and the ski lifts. Immaculately presented well provisioned rooms and excellent breakfast. Richard and his mother in law are the perfect hosts. I wouldn’t my hesitate to visit again.

Superb hotel

We were there for a few days skiing, the room was exceptionally well maintained in traditional furnishings, everything in the bathroom was modern and in good condition, the bed was excellent. The distance to the roller coasters was fine, skiing shoes were fine. In about 150-300 meters you could reach all the elevators. Only the towels, I think, could be renewed. But I haven't seen in a long time that a host took care of the guests like Mr. Schöner, extra eggs, nice conversations on the table, option to dry the clothes after a rainy day and much more...

A great ski holiday.

We were already at the Crystal Hotel for the second time. We really enjoyed it again. The hotel is very well maintained. It is very quiet, so we could sleep with the windows open. Nevertheless, the mountain tracks and the center are very close. The breakfast was also very good.

Very nice stay.

It's a wonderful little hotel, with very personal guests, who showed a lot of openness and flexibility when we celebrated Grandpa's 80s with 14 people.

Magnificent Austrian cottage with beautiful rooms, balcony furnished with typical wood very nice very clean very nice welcome and very good breakfast in the middle of Lech to discover this beautiful resort even in summer

It's a quiet, top-of-the-line location at a perfectly reasonable price, having a wonderful week in the crystal, a wonderful breakfast, nice staff and a family of owners with charm, heart and a huge portion of hospitality.

Six days of skiing with friends

Richard, his Mom in law, Anna and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They are super helpful and approachable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and immaculate in every way. Spacious rooms and attention to detail makes this a great home away from home. There is a wellness center on site - a welcome treat after a day of skiing. Suitable for couples, families or friends traveling together. It is well located in the village with easy access to ski lifts, bus stops, restaurants and convenience centers.  

Breakfast caters for everyone’s tastes, fresh juices, a variety of teas, fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts,  breads, eggs, an array of cheese and cold meats, as well as exceptional home baked cakes and tarts...

I can highly recommend this hotel and the staff who run it for your next visit to Lech!

Amazing Hotel in the Alps!

The hotel is immaculate and in a good location.  The square footage is ample and the furnishings are in good order.  The owner and staff are all helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was well stocked and good.   It is not a 5 star hotel so the amenities are straightforward.  I would return.

Excellent Value

We went to this hotel to spend a Christmas holiday with our family. The group consisted of; myself, husband and son as well as my sister-in-law, her husband and son.
The hotel is lovely, in a great location and within walking distance of  the ski lifts and  fantastic alpine walks.
The owner Richard and all his staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The rooms are spacious and everywhere is immaculately clean.
The continental breakfast is ample, with a good selection of varied breads, cereals, meats, cheeses and cakes, that are made daily by Richards mother-in-law. 
A fantastic hotel, which i would recommend highly. JUST AN AWESOME STAY.
