a really well kept hotel, super attentive staff and nice atmosphere. 

the rooms were immaculately clean and well equipped. we had a balcony overlooking the mountains which was beautiful. 

breakfast was great and they were very accommodating to any preferences/dietary requirements.

id highly recommend the hotel, good location near the town- beautiful scenery, and a really nice “homey” feel.

Enjoyed our stay here immensely . Very good location. Superb hosts, very helpful and friendly. The room had a great view of the mountain and we sat on the balcony often.
Breakfast was perfect for us. the scrambled eggs and bacon delicious ! Next time in Lech will definitely visit again  Thank you

Food is good homely Austrian cooking although probably not the place for you if you want burgers and pizza.

This hotel has served the most disgusting food which I would not serve to my dog.
From minuscule quantities of bread and butter to the tasteless pasta and truly disgusting turkey curry this place should not serve food at all.
After complaining one evening, the proprietors RELUCTANTLY cooked a steak which had flavour and was delicious.
But everything about the food in this establishment is about saving money. Even the cornflakes are served for you incase you eat too much.
IT IS A SKIING HOLIDAY FOR GODSAKE .... PEOPLE EXPECT TO EAT.

I had to leave the hotel on two evenings to eat elsewhere because I felt like vomiting after being served a curry swimming in curry power and pasta drowning in butter with absolutely no flavour.
HOW CAN YOU MESS UP PASTA ?
A CHILD COULD COOK IT!!!

It is no point having a hotel in a great location which is clean, if you serve awful food.

Either hire a chef who can cook or don’t serve food at all.

What a terrible experience.

The most appalling food

Comfortable Pension, offering Half Board, run by a friendly family.
Breakfast was fairly basic, the dining room is relatively small so they have to bring everything to you rather than offer a buffet. Evening meal was good, normally a choice of two mains, including one vegetarian option (although on a couple of occasions the veggie option was somewhat limited and didn't really constitute a proper meal). Dessert was good, always a choice of cheese or something sweet. 
The Pension is close to both Cable Cars in Lech, approx 5-10 minutes walk.
The rooms are relatively small but are very comfortable and some have nice balconies. Unfortunately a new building has obscured part of the view from the Pension but it still has a pretty amazing view.
Overall I think you would struggle to find anything else in Lech at such a good price, there were many returning customers that we met, so they must be doing something right.
