Food was delicious, not repeating a lot of choice, very kind stuff prepered to help you any time. Room was cleaned up every day. Nice view from balcony to mountines with pistas and gondolas. 
Perfect for Winter holiday.

Perfek Winter holiday in Maria Alm

We stayed here for a week over New Year. The first room we were allocated was very small and noisy but they changed it without question. 2nd room was much better. The food was absolutely fantastic, different every night, our waiter Libor was very attentive. A Beautiful hotel with everything you need. Spotlessly clean. My only complaint was the bed, which was very soft and uncomfortable as were the pillows. 

Fabulous Hotel 

You get what you pay for! Bedrooms were excellent size, comfy beds, stunning views, just perfect. We were all inclusive for a week, food was a little hit and miss, I actually ate everything on offer as I was hungry after a day attempting to ski, we did go back for lunch a few days, rather disappointing.......soup from the night before with bread if you were lucky. Free drinks were limited to beer of cheap wine, we drank it all the same!! Some staff were friendly , a few smiles might have been nice. I would go back S it was such a cheap holiday and the area was beautiful

Cheap and cheerful

Nice hotel, great value for money. Friendly staff and mixed growth. A bit warm in the rooms, but great balcony with few of the church. They ace any vegatarian option every night for diner and the childern can choose either the childs menu or from the regular menu. The last was a great for our daughter who loves all kinds of food. 

Nice hotel at great location

We stayed in March 2016 for a short ski week-end. Our group stayed at the back house behind the hotel, which ensured quiet nights of sleep and spacious rooms. The rooms are basic, but clean, with comfortable beds. The food was okay, but nothing special; good breakfast to start your day and dinner served from 6-8 PM. The hotel also has a big sauna area to relax  after a day of skiing.

To get to the slopes you take a bus for 5 minutes to the main ski lift. Although I prefer to not have the hassle of a bus ride with the equipment, the short drive was okay and didn't bother me.

All in all great value for money and would recommend for people who are keen on skiing and are looking for a basic, but comfortable hotel.

This hotel really needs an update! Rooms are very small, we should have received a 3 persons room, they convert a 2 person room into a 3 person room by adding a bed like in military places. The food they offer is very poor, the service in the restaurant is very poor, the persons are not nice at all. Though the person working at the bar was kind and polite. Several persons were stolen items leaving due to obligation to leave their luggage in the entrance the first day, they don't had rooms available, and no room to lock your luggage. Spa zone was clean, and good. But after all, this Hotel needs an update, as soon as possible!
