A family restaurant with picturesque views of the surrounding mountains, friendly staff, our filet steaks and the mixed salad were delicious, with Averna and vanilla ice cream to conclude a round affair, good choice of open wines.

I highly recommend it.

Since we had eaten in the city the day before, we wanted to have dinner upstairs this time. In short, because of a poster, we decided to reserve a table and already on the phone it was extremely friendly and friendly. The food tasted very good and the service was smooth and sophisticated. You can see that you can cook and use good ingredients.

Dinner

We had dinner three times during our vacation, it worked for two people even without reservation. Very nice place of the place, great sun terrace and winter garden with perfect views and sunsets. The staff is very nice, friendly and humorous. The food is very good and very tasteful. The waiting time was low - even in a full house, although all food is prepared fresh.

Very good food with a perfect view

On the Alpe Adria cycle path we took a shortcut across the southern side of Millstätttersee. In search of accommodation we came across the Matzelsdorf yard. From the lake it is over 2 km really extreme upwards, the hotel is at the end of this very strenuous climb - every meter is worth it. Everyone is very warm. The room is spacious and clean, the balcony gives a wonderful view. The bikes find a safe shelter in the Carport. The dinner was a very nice evening, regional cuisine fine - once again warm to the kitchen, the service very tasty, friendly, professional. The breakfast is also very tasty, high quality, tasty, Vgs, thank you for this quality and quality at all times. Thanks again - no problem from the heart.

We ate there three times, were always welcomed and enjoyed the daily menu or even a la carte on the beautiful terrace. Whether lamb, onion toast or liver, large tasty portions, we would love to come back.

Vacation at the Götzfried Hof

The hostess of our b&b recommended this restaurant to us. We arrived on a Wednesday in May at about 8:00 p.m. and we were the only guests. We were afraid of the worst, but our fish was very good and local. The accompanying salad was made of fresh vegetables. The staff was very friendly. Maps in English are available. The only complaint: the dishes were a little too consistent for us.

Even though there was a warm kitchen at the door until 1:30 p.m. and it was already 1:40 p.m., we still got the card and enjoyed a delicious lunch with a great view. The onion toast, the wavy baby slices and the liver noodle soup, all handcrafted solid. Very friendly and attentive service.

We stayed only one night. A beautiful and very quiet location. A spacious and bright room and bathroom. We had dinner on the terrace (due to the mild temperature), from which you enjoyed a beautiful view; very good food with a wide choice of dishes and well cared for. An excellent and abundant breakfast. Very courteous and available staff.
