We went to the first time in Gasthof Hornlepass and we'll definitely be back. Found on Google Maps and selected because the guesthouse is at the end of a street and there are only hiking trails at the end of that street. Absolutely quiet location. No cell phone reception, wonderful (of course wireless phone calls are possible). The rooms are generous and modern. The sauna area on the third floor has a sensational view. The house is very dog-friendly and allows us to take our wine with us to the restaurant. All areas of the house are very clean. The kitchen, a guesthouse with mostly regional products. Married, but also vegetarian families and friends of the forums will be happy here.

Alpine pine at the end of the road

Very nice family run hotel away from the village in a nice location. Dogs are really welcome here also in the dining room. Breakfast is rather small but very tasty and for everyone. Dinner we had only once and it was also very tasty. The next time I would take half board. Hotel is recommended would come back anytime.

We are thrilled! The hotel is beautifully situated in the middle of nature on the mountain. It is absolutely quiet, the view is fantastic. You can get to Riezlern by bus, you can also get up and down by bike, the little road is paved. There is a large parking space for the car, the wheels are well placed in a lightning-clean room, there are even tools for the wheels. We have booked a chalet, with living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a dining area. The bathroom with toilet en suite, which is great. In addition, there is also an extra toilet from the living room next to the balcony.

Beautifully located, extremely comfortable, very good service

The Alpengasthof Hornlepass is a really great surprise package! From the outside, currently unrecognizable, a solidly maintained holiday world opens up inside. We had a double room and a chalet. Especially the chalets are very beautifully designed, modern and really comfortable. The peace and sauna lounge on the top floor is a real highlight, all quite new, with large windows and a breathtaking view. We had a half board booked and were tamed with a good floor-quality kitchen. The whole Keck family is always neat and conveys along with the always friendly and patient staff a pleasant, personal atmosphere. So we immediately booked our cabin and stayed there with the next person.

A hotel to come back to!

We had a very tasty dinner here and enjoyed the panorama of the surrounding mountainous world. I could very well imagine staying here longer as a hotel guest. This was certainly not my last visit to this house.

Great food in a great atmosphere

A great hotel as a starting point for a weekend of strolling with a dog, the rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful, breakfast leaves no wishes open and the kitchen in the evening was sensational. The bus and mountain trains are included in the room price, round off the visit. We are happy to come back.

A perfect weekend for hiking

The guesthouse is a beautiful retreat. Nestled in a beautiful landscape, it offers everything for a relaxed time out. The chalet rooms offer generous comfort and even the possibility to take a break from the fine kitchen of the house. The service in the house is thoughtful, present, friendly, polite, fun and always on the spot. The restaurant offers a very good regional cuisine, varied offers and an interesting wine ticket. Hospitality from its best side!!! We will definitely be back.

Hospitality!!

A very successful stay at the corn pass. There was nothing missing. The restaurant is great. Varied, very tasty dishes, large drinks menu, a very attentive service manager who missed nothing and a great view of the mountains. Rooms/chalets very new, modern and beautiful, spacious, with a large balcony, large bathroom/shower and small kitchen line. Very clean. A large spa area which was equally cool and clean (including Finnish sauna with panoramic view, infrared cabin and steam bath).

Successful stay

Although the Alpengasthof Hornlepass is a well-used tourist destination, our hotel stay was very pleasant. The small, brand-new apartment was very attractive and well furnished, the restaurant and kitchen are impeccable, and the service team is very attentive and in the best sense hospitable. We were able to really enjoy our three days, from a lovely quiet sleep, to a good breakfast to a very good dinner.

A stay that was fun!

We were having dinner at the restaurant with three couples, and all six dishes were excellent, from vegetarian to steak, and a lot of nice little things made the evening an enjoyable experience, a very friendly service, and a good price-performance ratio.
