Nice room, comfortable room, excellent dining, but no feeling of well-being, since no warmth - especially from the host - came from hospitality, rather rude arrogance! No Wishes for a nice stay with us - no: When asked they like to turn to me - no: Is everything okay? - but for Shoes off! - it is not allowed to drink tea in the room! - this gentleman (who is he at all? - he did not introduce himself, is only aggressively attacking the guest)) no service was offered to older gentlemen who had great difficulties carrying the suitcase to the second floor!

Sleeping and eating, but not hospitality but arrogance and therefore no hotel of comfort.

The hotel has great and dedicated chefs, I have rarely eaten so well in a week and have been treated very kindly at a table. The location is very beautiful and the garden is naturally and openly accessible. Unfortunately, the rest of the house is not at this level: no friendly word from management and reception, no chance of a chat table next to the bathroom all week, no chance of a change. The rooms are not very clean, the shoe changing room has not been renovated for decades and has not been smelled accordingly.

Menu of delicacies - every day

Super family-run hotel with fantastic food I've been there for the third time and I'm definitely coming back! thanks to Seraphin for the great very delicious dinner menu... traditional cuisine modern and light and delicious and beautiful to the eye... sauna with mountain panorama... what more do you want...

Walking

It's a pity, because it's true: as a guest, you're not actually greeted here by the head of the house, unfortunately, but cheered. Like a blockguard, he looks at his numerous (!) guests unfortunately only to see that they stick to the regulations (walker shoes MUST be in the basement storage room, no matter if they're crumpled or in normal condition like all shoes). This makes you feel like a boarding school at times. The rest of the family is very friendly, but the cooking son makes sure to have a good meal. The breakfast selection is also good, unfortunately the offer is very sweet, but the cheese and sausage offer isn't really that tasty. Also, the prospect of a boarding house is unfortunate, but the kitchen is not a perfect place to eat, so unfortunately, despite the fact that many of us have been in the kitchen, we're not going to have a whole bunch of steak and steak, so unfortunately, we're not going to have a whole bunch of steak and steak.

Hotel owners consider themselves to be block guards

The rooms are mostly refurbished, this was not the case in our room however the room was larger than 20m2, the bathroom was in perfect condition and clean. The staff is very welcoming even though as often in Austria it only speaks German... Our formula included the continental breakfast on the map very rich and good! The hotel has a modern and very pleasant SPA (sauna, hamam, massage room...) which is a real plus after a sports day. It has a storage room for ski equipment (heated track) and access to the runners is within 5 minutes!

A hotel with a number of good approaches that are not consistently thought and, above all, not acted could make more of it.

Even though we paid over 3000 euros a week there, I was charged 50 euros for a broken chair.This one had already been emptied.
