We stayed here with a family of 4 (children 15 and 17). The children had a room on the first floor, we got the apartment on the second floor. Rooms were very very clean, beds amazing. Everything you could possibly need was available. Extended breakfast was included, eggs made to order, hot chocolate, different types of bread, cheese, ham and sausages. Panorama Bahn to the Kitsbuhel Ski Arena only 5 minutes by car. Mittersill (resaturants, cafe's and shops) also only 5 minutes and Bramberg (Smaragd Bahn) 10 minutes. Very recommended!

Warm and welcoming!

I stayed here during a work trip and had the room to myself. Gorgeous room! Michaela was incredibly nice and helpful. She agreed to make breakfast earlier for me so I had time to get to work 1h away from the guest house and even offered to pick me up at the train station when I came back in the evening after work and snowboarding. I felt really welcomed the whole time I was there.

I wouldn't recommend this place for people looking to party, as there isn't anywhere to go in the area, but it is PERFECT for a relaxing family holiday, as it's really quiet and comfortable.

we spend great three days in this pension, breakfast were great, the owner Michaela is nice and she take care about us, everything was super, to nearest cable Panoramabahn in Hollersbach is only five minutes by car, we recommend this property, price is good too
