In the middle of the cabin, surrounded by mountains. From the balcony and the bathroom! the most magnificent view of the snow-capped mountains all around and the juicy meadows in front of the house. Super breakfast with a warm hostess. Cabin ticket included in the price. Many ways to hike or climb the mountains by mountain tracks

The most glorious postcard view of the mountains

spent there two nights with a partner. very nice apartment. clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. location is about 10-15 min drive from stubai glacier ski lift. just a few min drive from neustift center. beautiful surroundings.

enjoyable place

Absolutely quiet, great views of the mountains, in 15 minutes you can walk to the 11th railway, the fridge is full of drinks, plenty of seating around the house, very friendly owner, very versatile breakfast, happy to be back.

It's great.

Excellent accommodation. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights to spend a weekend in the snow. On the day of arrival we arrived very late (about 00:30). But that was absolutely no problem. We called a day before and gave notice, agreed briefly and everything was settled. The entrance to the house was keyed in the agreed place (including short and nice message). The rooms are super, comfortable, clean and large enough. Breakfast was very tasty and the host was very nice and friendly. An absolutely fine accommodation.

A short trip to the mountains

This year is the second in row we went to Ausserwieserhof in Neustift im Stubaital. Our host Christine is so nice and kind that make you feel at home.Location is great near the ski slopes and to the Glacier are 15-20 min drive. They own their cows so, fresh milk is available. Access to supermarkets shops and restaurants is very easy and the landscape surrounding the villa is just great. We spent a week this year and we had great snow all around and this made entire area like depicted from fairy tales. We love this place! Definitely recommend! Great for families! 

Great Holiday, Lovely Place! 

This cottage-hotel is located right in the mountains, in any case they are visible from all the windows.The beautiful nature around, the silence, the cleanliness, all this leaves the impression of a paradise place. The hotel is small with veranda, separate rooms, guests are few and no one interferes with anyone. The room is spacious enough with everything necessary, there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room. A good comfortable bed, PC. True, it did not help us. There is also exotics - in the cowshed yard, where there are 20 cows, but they are great, they did not bother. Very close to Innsbruck, Schwaz, Hull and many other great towns where you can visit and see.

The Alpine Corner

I stayed there with a group of friends at the end of the skiing season. The B&B is 10-15 min. walk from the centre of Neustift (via a very nice and picturesque road in the fields and by the river), with great views to the surrounding mountains. The owners are very friendly and helpful, eager to share their knowledge of the region and "things to do" in Stubaital. I stayed in the apartment with a double room and a living room with the balcony and the kitchenette. Everything is very clean, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was very good (special notice to the exceptional fresh yoghurt, surely locally produced, and warm dark bread, but also other products were fresh and of good quality). There is a ski-deposit, Wi-Fi worked very well everywhere and there is a possibility to have a shower in the basement after checking-out. Great stay!

Nice, friendly, great views

A really nice relaxing stay.Everything was nice,room with south balcony,service and breakfast.The hosts are very nice and helpful.

Snowboarding with recreation

...for the exploration of the Stubait valley mountains. Located in the heart of the valley, so all hiking areas and mountain trails can be reached quickly, Innsbruck is also best reached by bus, various restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Quiet, clean, warm and with free guided walking through the yard! Absolutely recommended!

It's a great base camp.

Christine and Franz provide the most peaceful and comfortable retreat in the beautiful village of Neder, 10-15 minutes walk from Neustift. The view of the valley from our balcony on the top floor was amazing. Delicious plentiful fresh breakfast. Yum!
My son and I stayed here for one week while skiing at the Stubai glacier, and loved the cosy and charming atmosphere. Our fully self contained apartment was ideal, with a well equipped kitchen and everything is super clean! I would definitely return. One helpful tip....a hire car or your own vehicle would be an advantage for getting to Neustift for restaurants and shopping. It is too far to walk in bad weather. Thank you Christine and Franz for a great stay.
