The holiday apartment was well equipped, with a modern kitchen. Generally more typical Alpine style with a lot of wood. The house is very well located in Milders. For our ski holiday the bus stop was ideal right in front of the house, so you could get to the ski bus to the Stubaian glacier and also to the ski resort Schlick 2000 very well and conveniently. In addition, a supermarket and other shopping opportunities were only a few minutes away. The landlady was very nice and hospitable and always tried to make a pleasant stay possible. We are happy to come back!

Comfortable holiday home

A pension located in Milders where the valley narrows until it opens again at the Stubaier Glatcher. It faces east side which allows a pretty good look of the valley. It is situated next to the bus stop and a few hundred meters from the centre of Milders where 2 or 3 restaurants are located and Spar supermarket - this was good as we rented a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen.

Kitchen well equipped - electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Dining area enough for 4 adults maximum. Not too spacey but not claustrophobic either. 

We had a bathtab bathroom. Pretty basic but enough room. 

Two bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed which is separated from the kithchen with a glass divider and one with two single beds. Beds comfortable. Very effective heating. 

Plenty of drawers, cabinet and wardrobe space which is a plus. 

All pretty basic but enough to accommodate 3 adults and 2 infants. 

Generally, one can see that this pension slowly undergoes refurbishment. Some parts have already been renewed, some still need attention - corridors need some fresh pain or lamps/chandeliers need replacing. 

It came to our surprise that at the back of the pension there actually is a small production facility/workshop. It does not, hovewer, generate any noises that could disrupt or spoil your holidays. 

The pension has a car park area and a small green garden area. 

It is a pension after all and it provides all the a pension should offer. Good value for money for a family stay.

Good view of the valley - premises in transition - decent economy level

Finding the way in to the accommodation was a little tricky - as it's not very well sign posted and there was also a separate carpentry business run in the building (but I will come to that in a little bit). We had walked around the whole perimeter of the building looking through windows to see where the entrance was. It was dark and there didn't seem to be much going on apart from the carpentry work shop, but after 10 minutes we found the owner who was very friendly and welcoming and showed us to our room.

The room was very spacious with a lovely view from the balcony out over the mountains. The kitchenette was very new and up to date and made to a nice standard. Everything was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The room was also very warm in minus temperatures.

The bus stop was a 2 minute walk away wearing ski boots and carrying all of your ski equipment. There is also a room where you can store your skis and boots, but as a previous reviewer has stated it is always open and on the outside of the house so technically anyone could access it. There is a sign on the door that states nothing will be stolen. 

The only downside to the stay was the noise created by the carpentry business, but it wasn't unbearable. Over the weekend there was no noise what so ever.

I would stay here again, it was great.

Nice place but a little bit noisy

Nice location slightly out of the country but very well connected. Free ski bus stop for facilities less than thirty meters away. Large flat in our case bright well furnished quiet and equipped with the essentials. Beautiful terrace. Large parking available, enough ski room and excellent WiFi. Nice owner. Great cleaning. See you next year.

We stayed 10 days in apartment no. 1. The apartment is very large and well furnished with a beautiful terrace with a table, the place is very quiet and quiet, excellent services (just bring the sheets and the rest is all equipped).

It's a lovely apartment.

Friendly staff, nice location - close to the ski bus stop. Comfortable and spacious room, possibility to pay by credit card. I've been there two times and maybe will go back :)  There is the warm boiler-house as a storage place for skis and ski boots, but there is no lock during night and everybody can enter into it.
