We spent wonderful summer holiday in Haus Heidi.
The house is a cosy, warm and lovely place, absolutely perfect for someone who is looking for quiet, relax and ideal conditions  for summer holiday and/or trekking and hiking .
We were very pleased with the apartment, its location and equipment.

Lovely/Cosy and  Peaceful Place

What a lovely place to stay. Woke up the first morning to a stunning view from the balcony of our apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and spotlessly clean. It has all you need. The hosts were excellent, with lots of advice on things other than skiing to do - tobogganing, swimming and sauna, ski show, and of course places to eat.the location is fantastic for skiing, with a bus to the mountains just a short walk away. The skiing is brilliant, with loads of fast lifts and a vast variety of runs to choose from. There is also cross country skiing right on the door step which is also great fun. Equipment for both skiing and cross country can be hired just up the road from the apartment. All in all a great place for a week in the mountains, wether in the winter, which we did, or the summer also looks good too. Thanks for a fantastic stay

March skiing trip

Everything about Haus Heidi is so brilliant...the warm welcome, the ongoing hospitality when Jonathan and Natalie are always on hand to assist and give advice when and if needed to, the cleanliness of the apartments, attention to detail, the majestic views that surround the property, the various options for skiing, walking, etc are right on the doorstep, supermarkets and sport stores close by for groceries, ski hire - excellent friendly staff at Sport Steiner. Everything about Haus Heidi makes it hard to leave. This was our second stay at HH and our first stopover during the winter, we hope to visit again soon to experience another season in the stunning Austrian landscape.

a wonderful location for a winter holiday...

We had two wonderful weeks at Hause Heidi. It is very comfortable and very very clean. Natalie and Jonathan are very friendly, explained all we wanted to know and gave helpful tips. There is a lot of maps and flyers, so we could planned our trips every day uncomplicated. In the kitchen you have all things for self-catering. Thank you very much for your friendlyness and helpfulness. We hope to come back soon :-)

2 summer weeks with children and dogs

Enjoyed a wonderfully snowy week in this really lovely apartment, very well equipped and beautifully clean with direct access onto the extensive network of cross country tracks. Can warmly recommend! Thank you!

Lovely light apartment in a stunning setting

We had a fantastic weeklong stay in the Alpenrose apartment. Our view of the Guttenburghaus mountain hut inspired a magnificent three hour walk up to the hut early one morning. But there was so much to do in addition to mountain walking with Natalie and Jonathan inspiring us to fully use the Summerpass for free bus travel, once a day use of ski lifts, access to the Dachstein Glacier for the Ice Palace sculptures, the suspended platform and the fantastic views and use of the open air swimming pool in Schladming among many other activities. The two bedroom apartment is spacious and very well-appointed and large enough to entertain other guests in the living area. We has an excellent day trip to Salzburg with the free Red Bull Museum, including their extreme sport cars, planes etc, and its attached café which overlooks the airport runway, being a highlight.  The bus from the airport takes 15 minutes into Salzburg where we enjoyed the Mozart Museums and The Sound of Music film locations. It was truly an outstanding week staying at Haus Heidi.

Fantastic hosts at Haus Heidi inspire activity on and around the Austrian Alps.

I stayed here for four nights in May and had a wonderful time.  The house is situated in the midst of wonderful countryside with mountain views from every angle.  Waking up to birdsong and looking out of the window onto gorgeous scenery (and sunshine!) can’t be beaten.  
Haus Heidi is perfect for a short or long stay with very helpful and friendly hosts, Jon and Natalie.   Lots of helpful suggestions for local places to visit.  And the summer card gives amazing value and means that you tend to do more during your stay.  In four days, I used it to go up the local glacier, two other cable cars, and local bus transport.  
Lots of good places to eat nearby too.

Lovely place in stunning surroundings

We spent a wonderful week at the end of May. the scenery to wake up to is out of this wol, the hosts were great and gave us so many suggestions of things to fill our days we needed much more than 1 week. Beautiful place and very well equipped and decorated apartment. Top end facilities at sensible price. Highly recomended for fresh air, scenery, relaxation and fun.

Stunning setting, lovelly apartment, grat hosts

Haus Heidi is perfectly located for an outdoor holiday. The cross country tracks and walking trails literally pass the door. The apartment for two people was spacious and extremely well equipped for self catering. Jonathan and Natalie bent over backwards to be helpful, including collecting us and returning us to the train station and buying enough provisions for us to cook over the weekend, because we arrived after the shops had closed on Saturday for the weekend. We spent a whole week without a car and we didn't need to use the buses, because within a few minutes walk were two ski hire shops, a supermarket, a lovely bakery and café and various bars.
