We spent the third week of August in Salzburg at the Mozart Festival. A perfect apartment: spacious, well furnished and clean. Linen, bathrobes and furnishings of all kinds always available. The well furnished terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains. The apartment is located just 10 minutes from the Center and is in a very quiet residential area. Many thanks to Brigitte for the wonderful reception.

Absolutely PERFECT!

We stayed 3 nights at this tastefully designed, clean apartment, great location and far enough away from the tourist frenzy. A couple of things are not very practical e.g. no soap dish or something similar in the shower, the walk in wardrobe has automatic lights, switching off every few seconds and at nighttime you have to either use a torch or constantly walk in and out, if you want to find anything. Kitchenette has only minimal stuff, if you want to do any cooking...

Good Apartment

I spent four nights at Kal’s Apartments in early October.  My first impression was….WOW!  You get a magnificent view, a nice apartment, and located only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.  Brigitte is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly.  The room has all you need, good size, nice and modern, clean, comfy bed, full mini kitchen, table to eat/work at, very nice bathroom and washer/dryer privileges. 

However, it was the noise that prevents me from giving Kal’s a much better review.  Other renters tend to come in late at night, make a lot of noise, for a long period of time.  Kal’s “House Rules” on quiet need to be enforced more.

Great....but noisy!

Very good location with really wonderful view. The apartment is brand new and stylish with everything you need. Easy access to the city center - bus stop is close to the house. Just across the street there is a local bakery with fresh croissans - delicious! The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Perfect location easy access to the city on the bus (about 20 minutes)  bikes available to cycle to local restaurants - accomodation was modern, stylish and very clean, plenty of extras.  Would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers.  Very helpful owners.
