Unfortunately, I have to visit the restaurant in this hotel as part of a celebration. I have to say, it was the worst restaurant I've ever visited. Everything was set up to be fast and cheap in my opinion. Starting from the buffet for which you only have 90 minutes to eat, going on to the quality for which I lack the words. The cleanliness of the plates is also left to be desired and so I saw several dirty plates at the buffet. I went on with the microphones during the buffet (probably part of the hotel concept), which you don't even know about cruise ships in this form. The announcement that an employee who is still attacked by Corona is back today, I think saves me money, unfortunately the entire restaurant isn't.

Mass-production at the cutting edge

Cool location. Great team around Lars. Good mood in the team and everyone is very helpful. The hotel is a little old, but it's ideally located in the middle of the ski area.

The situation is great, but that was it then. The food is a tribute. Only finished products, not even the potato puree for the children, were made by themselves, only touched powder. The rooms are attractive and partially renovated but in the hotel area only the absolutely necessary renovation was done. The staff are all very friendly and motivated but unfortunately this is not enough to compensate for the disadvantages of the hotel.

Once and never again

Our room was large and clean, there was a balcony. The staff was very friendly and tried to give good tips. The cook is cutting-edge and prepared a very good vegetarian meal for me. In the morning and evening a staff member (Lars) comes to the table and asks if everything is fine and makes suggestions for actions for the next day that are geared to the weather. The hotel is at 1500 meters and the driveway is a bit of a routine, but it's done. Great hiking trails. Great views. All the best.

The staff are very hardworking and friendly, but sometimes they don't listen properly. Very good was the extra pick-up service at the lift for the luggage and we could go straight to the room. The breakfast was adequate and good. The location is unbeatable good. The hotel is in dire need of some renovation work and has come into years. The bathrooms need more maintenance, but are apparently clean. What is not working at all is the dinner kitchen for 22 € / person, as it is better to go to the Brunnella host at 5 pm before dinner. There was nothing at the buffet that really tasted. Not even the salad sauce was acceptable. Here you should urgently do something.

A good hotel for a short holiday, because of the perfect location in the ski area

This hotel is worth twice the cost. The staff was very friendly, the location was perfect, and the food was absolutely amazing. They even have to go bags for your food to take with you when you go hiking. As you exit the hotel, you take a left and will end up on a trail up through the Alps. There is a sauna and a foosball table downstairs and the restaurant upstairs offers some delightful meals. Will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay and a beauty in the alps

We had a great vacation. Classroom staff. Super service!! Thanks to Simon for the childcare, our son is looking forward to the next time. Framework program top. The hike to the top of the lunch hour is just recommended, exhausting but great views. The right hotel for travelers who want to be active. We're happy to come back.

Summer holidays

For many years we have been visiting the Silvretta ski area on Easter and for our kids a visit to the Garfrescha for lunch is just one of those things. Over the years we have been able to notice a positive development of the house, especially after the takeover by Team3, engaged wolves and a good kitchen. We were so disappointed this year when we had animated an entire group to rest on the Garfrescha and were greeted by unwilling staff there. Our personal arrival at one of the garfrescha stays surprisingly untouched, but not including my wife's drinking bottle, which stood next to the backpack on the table.

End of the ski season or we're out of boats.

Had very good food - the salads are great. Good selection menu options and drinks. Waiting staff really pleasant and helpful. I didn’t mind the size of the TV (another reviewer did). The schnappslatte with sunglasses is quite cooky- you can get a t-shirt in the other hut.

Lovely food, location, staff, service

Very good situation on the slopes , but service is very bad . Food is just average .A tourist trap . You may come here for the terrasse .Access is only by ski or chair lift.
No credit cards are accepted
