The hotel has a great location, it’s about 200 meters from the elevators. The rooms were good, but they are not spending any penny on them. It is to see, that it used to be good, but now the only goal of the management is to take the most profit out. You can see that on the common areas as well as on the breakfast and diner. In 4 days we had twice chicken nuggets as a diner! So, if you look for a cheap and ok solution for your stay, with low expectations this is your hotel. 

Well located, poor quality

Was here for a 5 day stay. The food served is standard, but nothing to write home about, but there wasn't enough at dinner to feed everyone. The hotel was full at the time and it seemed like it took the staff by surprise that people were hungry after a day of skiing. The rooms were just fine - everything that one needed. Wifi was slow, but hotel was full.

Would stay again despite problems

This is a very nice hotel with lovely staff members. Rooms are small but they work just fine for one week of ski holiday. Unfortunately no hairdryer. But there is a small fridge. Rooms also get cleaned every day. Staff members are exceptionally lovely and always very accomodating. 
Even small children are not frowned upon, which is a nice change. Meals are ALWAYS fresh, and there's a nice selection. Even picky eater kids can be satisfied both at breakfast and at dinner. We'll return!
Wifi was working fine and it was free of charge. I was even able to finish some online work during our stay.

Great little hotel!

It's a nice small hotel to stay, rooms are cosy and nice, clean and practically furnished. It's about a 10 minutes walk to the ski lift. If you do not rent a locker at the ski lift you have to take all your skis with you. 
Breakfast was very good, wide selection of foods included some alternative milk to drink to those who suffer from allergy. 
Dinners were also good in the first 3-4 evenings, but later somehow they did not prepare fresh foods only leftovers and it was recognizable what they had from the day before. We did not like that the rangehood was not strong enough (most probably) so after the dinner every time all our clothes were stenchy. 
Waiters were Hungarian and very nice every time, they did their best always for people, they bring everything we asked for. No complaint about them at all! Receptionist was OK but she wasn't as helpful as the waiters. Also there was very limited hours of reception service. 
One of our major problem with this accomodation was that walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbours. It was specially hard to sleep when our neighbours had a party almost every evening quiet late. As there is no reception service that time you have no chance to call anyone for help. 
There is a lower floor with a very nice bar and a corner for children with good toys.

Nice stay with few problems.

The Hotel has just cancelled our agreed our approved reservation saying (in an email) a bigger group was willing to pay higher price for our rooms; they are sorry. I think it is non-sense, and whereas they offered us rooms for an other date, we have completely lost our faith in them.
When I wrote a letter about our disappointment addressed to the manager in chief, he answered that we would have made the same decision on their behalf, we need to understand if somebody pays more, they get the room. /Nasty materials/
Well, I do not know, but it works different for me; I would not kick-out approved guests for some more Euros (first in theory). For a Hotel its renomée is of the highest value, isn't it?
