We spent 5 nights at the family hotel Berger with our little girl (14 months) on Easter and we liked it very much. The room was small and a little cramped with the grid bed. The next time we would choose a larger family room. The room had a grid bed, a water boiler, a wrapper and a window boiler. TOP The playground was perfectly equipped with everything that the child desired and also the stray zoo with pony, lama, rabbits, goats, cats, chickens etc. We liked the children's program (coffee care with barbecue) very much alternately but unfortunately we were not yet able to find enough water for our daughter (too small) to drink.

Family hotel

We needed a short break for one night with our 16-month-old daughter and found her at the Berger Country Hotel. The room was small but completely sufficient, for our daughter there was a grid bed, a wrapper and a window boiler. Class service. The playground was perfectly equipped with everything the child's heart desired and after that our daughter was also allowed to swim in the pool! The dinner was very tasty and there was a children's buffet for the children, so no annoying waiting times. Also the breakfast was sufficient and tasty. The price was completely justified and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back next time! But longer!

Perfect for a short vacation

We stayed for 4 nights. It is ideal for young children. We were with our son's family which had a 3 yrs old boy and an 8 month baby. The swimming pool, playroom and petting zoo are ideal. We had snow play in the play ground area. The food is Austrian so heavier than what most Americans eat, but the kitchen tried to accommodate. All in all, a great family vacation 

Very nice family hotel

We chose the hotel as a family stay. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to fully enjoy the wonderful spa landscape. The pool is beautiful and the sauna area is also recommended. Even the dinner and breakfast tasted very good. A successful vacation!

Enjoy a Family Time

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. A family with a mix of a 20 year son and two daughters of ages 11 and 8. The vacation was in mid April. 
The hotel is located in a peaceful location in the mountain. We had breakfasts and dinners in the hotel. You have different dinner every night and there are children menus as well. The food was very good and additional drinks can be ordered.
Due to that the hotel is run by a family, you get an extreme care of the whole stuff of the hotel, which you will not see in any other hotel.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Ours included a terrace.
There is an internal swimming pool that we have been too every evening. In this time of the year you cannot use any outdoor pool, so this was a major bonus for us.
Many families with children were hosted in the hotel and they were very happy there.
Take into account that there is an exact hotel name which is named Landhotel Berger close to Salzburg region.
In summary, it was a very nice vacation, with a very nice hospitality and we had a great time in the hotel. Highly recomnedded.

A charming hotel in the Styria-Austria

As long as the children are young, this ski area is ideal for us. The hotel fulfills all our wishes: familiar, clean, good food, right on the slope and even with a hall bath. There are almost only regular guests here, and that says a lot about the house. There was no wish that remained unfulfilled. You can enter the ski area right in front of the house and there is also a very good ski school 50 meters away. Two little things didn't quite please us: 1. there is no elevator and we had a room on the second floor. This wasn't so good for our grandmother because she can only stand very hard. But for the first year, rooms on the first floor were soaked! 2.

A well-being holiday for the whole family

The modern country hotel, which originated from the mountain hostel, has a beautiful view of the valley, as well as its own farm with llamas, ponies and chickens. The children's playground can also serve as a football field for the big ones. The family half-board turns out to be a full board with children's buffet, in the evening the parents are pampered with one of 3 different menu options that are served....

Great Family Relaxation

The great thing is that there are many animals: the huge, friendly dog Barli, half a dozen cats, the chickens (children are allowed to look for eggs in the barn and then serve them for the next breakfast!), goats, ducks, particularly nice rabbits to chew on, and the two llamas. The hall bath is small and nice, but the natural bath is not recommended despite all hygienic efforts.
