A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets are allowed on request for a surcharge of EUR 12 per pet per night. The surcharge does not apply for stays of 10 days or more. Please note that the property will not allow biting dogs such as Dobermans, pit bull terriers, etc. The breed must be communicated before arrival. |
