Really impressed with our stay at this hotel. Ski bus is right outside and buses are regular and on time! Staff are very helpful, friendly. Food was excellent … Rooms were good … showers lovely and hot after long day on slopes. Great value and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending…

Good hotel and food. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed our holiday thanks mainly to Tom. A fantastic asset to the hotel. Hotel is on a nice quiet location on the edge of town but within walking distance.

Great Hotel, clean, good food , good ski room with heated boot racks and a fantasic wellness centre.
The saff Tom and Renate can't do enough to help you from advice on the best walks to advising on the best wine..Briliant place

Ski Holiday Hotel Schladmingerhof

We were guests in this house for a week and were satisfied all the time. The bus stops right outside the door and takes you to Palnai in a few minutes, from there there there are other buses to the hiking destinations. The hotel has very good staff who are very well received by the guests. Especially Tom the waiter impressed me, he rocks the restaurant partly alone and is nevertheless always in a good mood and friendly. You don't have to wait long for drinks or food, it's just great. Such staff should be kept.

Very nice vacation in a nice hotel with super staff

We were in Schladmingerhof in 2021. We were already looking forward to the newly renovated rooms, but then we were put in the old apartment rooms. Since we were traveling with a child, we were also not sitting in the main restaurant, but in a small room. We had to pay attention to ourselves every night to be served. For a 4* hotel, the breakfast buffet was quite unkindly set up, the drinks prices were very high for it. Positive: A waiter was extremely friendly and sure to be next to us. This time in Schladming, we will definitely stay in another hotel!

Middle-class hotel - unfortunately not a four star hotel

In this hotel you will still be received by the CHEFIN. The energy group RENATE not only takes care of the breakfast buffet like a whirlwind, but also gives tips for the individual daily program.

By the way: I wasn't here. I booked this hotel at Hofer Travel for 4 nights. At that time there were supposedly 9 rooms still available. This was also duly confirmed. Two days before I arrived, I got the information that the hotel was overbooked. As an alternative, I was offered a partner hotel where I would switch to another hotel for meals and to the wellness area again. This was out of the question for me. And now: the owner (presumably) was confronted with it by phone. No phone message with name or greeting, no unkind and incomprehensible answers, no word of regret and finally no greetings. We should all spend this time in Austria. But please do not have the necessary permission in the Austrian courtyard.

Unfriendly

I hire a foreign woman who is stinking, arrogant and incompetent! Cappuccino doesn't know her, milk doesn't exist, espresso for fabulous €2.80 is last-class hospital coffee! 30 minutes waiting on the terrace is still the most normal for this person - including 6 people - and then you don't get what you ordered!!

We can only express our highest praise to all the people who are acting. The chef is very friendly, gives helpful tips and takes care of the beautiful balcony flowers personally... The energy group RENATE not only takes care of the breakfast buffet like a whirlwind, but also gives tips for the individual daily program with9 The chef is a master of her field and sets the professionally compiled menu plan for regional cuisine of the best... The DAME VOM ZIMMER PERFECT-SERVICE ensures awkward cleanliness and also organizes additional bed linen wishes...

Lovely accommodation

great breakfast buffet. Evening meal had choice of soup and main: salad and dessert were also fine. Good variety through the week. The hotel is about 1 mile from the main ski lift, but the ski bus stop is at the front of the hotel. There were always 2 ski buses at 8:30 and never any problem getting a seat. Bedroom was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Staff were very pleasant and service was efficient. Sauna / steam room included though i did not use.
