It is a average hotel for a small budget. The rooms were small but tidy and everything was there. The breakfast was buffet style with all the necessary items. ( kaiser brotchen, 3 cheeses, 3 meat and several cereals.) The evening meal was simple but typical Austrian. 
Avoid the road side rooms as they tend to be noisy. The inhaber helped me with his mobile to get internet on my iPad because I was expecting some urgent email.

All and all a fine hotel restaurant for the price.

From here it was easy to get to the ski lifts.

Good budget hotel

We stayed in Gasthof Rhaetikon while on ski holiday and had a very good time. The hotel is not 5 stars, but neither is the price and it's definitely worth your money. Rooms are basic, clean and tidy. The interior looks a bit dated, but in good condition.
We shared a room with 3, which was fine.

Breakfast is buffet with a variety of cereal, nice Austrian bread and several continental style cheeses, meat and other spreads.

Dinner was fine, good size portions and basic but nice.

The location is next to a road and railway, the rooms can be a bit noisy but never too much.

Overall I'd say that if you're looking for a decent, not too expensive hotel, this is a good choice.

worth your money

I was not  expecting much from this biker's hostel with a drab exterior and “Biker” sign. However, what we found was a hell hole. The rooms were tiny, filthy and with stale furnishings. Food was bad to appalling. Breakfast was just about acceptable but dinner consists of the same thin soup made from the same industrial stock-cube, with flourishes of stale bread or cherios as garnish! Mains were some indescribable piece of meat which was so devoid of flavour that I could not tell if it were turkey, chicken or pork... Probably pork. The owner was rude and surly and breakfast was very late one morning because they were on the late night drinking session and caused us to miss our vital morning ski bus. Abysmal. On the final day I was then charged extra 30 euros for "professional cleaning" and when I questioned the charge he threatened me with physical violence. I coughed up and fled. Avoid this place like the plague.
