Due to the lack of professionalism and non-compliance with the arrangements, I cannot recommend the Rosenburg Castle Hostel for groups! Apart from the fact that NO ONE of the main courses proposed by the hosts in the group offer was implemented 1:1, the type and form of communication on the spot (no greeting, socializing, blaming, research appearances,...) was completely inappropriate. The accusation that, despite personal agreement and non-compliance with the procedure described in the mail, something was approved by my supplier was completely abhorrent!

Unprofessional

The situation is undoubtedly very nice, but the operator can do nothing for it. But he is fully responsible for the lack of reliability. So do not expect that written agreements will be followed. For example, reservations for the break during the performance in the castle. Rather, a pool of confirmations and confirmations will be built up, even though everything has already been agreed in writing and confirmed orally. And a not insignificant other thing: the question of water was answered by the waiter with the indication that the well was next to the sewage treatment plant and therefore she could not drink water.

Unreliable

Yesterday, my husband and I visited the Rosenburg Palace with my blind, hard-of-hearing mother and her 24-hour nurse, who would simply close the garden, as it would start raining. It was overwhelmingly hot and swelming. When I had led my handicapped mother into it, and there was no handicapped ramp, I saw a large garden in the background. Before we came to the door, we were led by a servant to the locker room. One would simply close the garden, as it would start raining. I realized that we could sit down under the huge locker room. The rooms overlooking the castle are very nice and comfortable. The owner is a dream, so is the staff 1A. Eating dinner or breakfast very well. The new takeover has paid off in full. We're happy to come back.

A Wonderful Stay

I spent one night in the Rosenburg castle inn - a very beautiful, pleasant, clean room, very good food, friendly service, very nice, kind boss. I was satisfied all around and I'll be back safely!

Feelings of wellbeing

While attending the yearly tournament enactement, we had a rustic lunch at the castle restaurant. Great local cuisine. When visiting the only remaining renaissance tournament court, be sure to drop in.

Reviews I rarely write!!But this place is great))) I couldn't help but write, the location - on the mountain, the view is great, the air, the nature, the atmosphere... just great! Being with the children (ages 6 and 11) thought they would be boring, the children were delighted, they made a picnic outdoors, next to a rope town, walked around the castle itself, took pictures, there was no huge gathering of tourists, all quiet and quiet)) A couple of words about the hotel, rooms are not bad, small but comfortable and comfortable, all under the old style, thanks to the staff))) very attentive, smiling)) breakfast very decent, all fresh, you order and taste.))) The Rosenburg Castle is currently operated by Michaela Watz and Andreas Sendlhofer, as we are already successful with the BRIDE in the circus street in Vienna. We came across it more by chance during a family visit in the Waldviertel and it was a really pleasant surprise. The restaurant is tastefully furnished, the service is very great, friendly, fast, helpful and the food is really delicious and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately we were the only guests when we arrived at about 13.15 and this remained so for the rest of the 3 usual meals.

It was just one night, but it was just wonderful, a wonderful atmosphere, a very hard-working service team, and a very tasty setup, a good kitchen is just the tip of the iceberg, especially the breakfast was like a fairy tale.

Feel comfortable all around...

We spent 2 nights at the hotel... Reception: Hmm - no one was there and felt responsible; after we made ourselves noticeable, we got a key; staff seemed very unencoded; the lady of the house called us later after we had booked the room and asked if everything fit and explained the necessary details: breakfast times, etc. Room: big; spacious; beds/mattresses very comfortable; you get a reception with a sweetness on your head: if you come to the dining room in the morning, a floor full of food is ready; very delicious; you also get backpacks and butter, if it's unhealthy; but I was reminded of the coffee, so I ate a very good card in Italy; so, if possible, the restaurant is a good one; but if you come to the dining room in the mornings, you have to eat a very good quality of meat and chicken; but if you come to the dining room in the evening, you have to eat a very good quality of meat and vegetables; but if you come to the dining room, you have to eat a very good quality of meat and cheese.
