The snacks served are homemade, the dishes of charcuterie and cheese are copious and delicately accompanied by a map of quality wines. One or two French wines may be missing in this eclectic map.

Three beautiful Parisian-inspired decorations, an excellent wine bar and very professional service, smiling, a must.

We were able to get to our FeWo at 12:00 which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok, not intoxicating, but ok. The massage at Jasmin Peer was very, very good. Jasmin was also incredibly nice. Only it was a little loud in the evening from the wine cellar. Especially since our whg. was just above it, but at 23:00/24:00 it was quiet at the latest. All in all it was a nice holiday with a price/performance ratio that was ok.

Good middle class hotel

The hotel is centrally located, close to the metro to the Taal station and next to a shopping mall. It has a well-maintained swimming pool with sauna, ideal for a day's skiing. It has plenty of fruit. Good wrap. Even so, there are not many restaurants to choose from in the unimaginable vicinity.

Excellent.

A trip with several friends to this remarkable mountainous country allowed us to stay and stay in this cozy house. The holiday home was extremely clean, very well maintained, lovingly and practically furnished. The boss herself made sure that we felt comfortable and welcome. The daughter of the house welcomed us on the sunny terrace with a typical marent. The hotel has a very nice spa with swimming pool and sauna and a cosmetics salon, as well as a wine chapel. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to try everything and we had to resist. When visiting the spa area, we are sure to frequent the wellness area and also in the wine shop with a good one. We can only recommend this hotel.

I'm very happy to welcome you!

We've been looking forward to our autumn vacation in Serfaus so much. We've been to other holiday apartments twice already. The Hotel Universo looks very promising on the homepage! Price performance seems to be right. However, we're extremely disappointed with our stay. The staff were very informal and not very friendly. Of course, it may be because the long summer season is coming to an end, but I shouldn't have noticed that as a guest. Generally, the whole village was very unfriendly. The apartment (appartment on the 2nd floor) was much smaller than what we had booked. Very close first uncomfortable slump. The only beds and cleaners we saw around the bar were very noticeable. However, we were there for a few positive checks and in one night, but I didn't notice that it was a very bad thing to go to the hotel directly next to the supermarket. Expectations have been far exceeded

We stayed in this hotel for two nights with breakfast included. In Serfaus you can't drive so we took advantage of the hotel's garage. A few steps from here is the world's smallest metro stop, 4 stops up and down the country, from the plants to the large parking lot. On arrival at the hotel we were handed the summer card that includes transportation of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis area and all lifting facilities.

Two nights.

Positive: The great sauna and pool. The sauna is one of the best in hotels. All in all, high quality, new, great design, high comfort factor. Due apartments clean and well maintained downstairs at the entrance Sky - helpful in a CL-week 😉 Unfortunately: food smell all over the house. Something with the suction. Cigarette smell from the wine capsule... apartments a little narrow and sparingly polluted... exactly 4 knives.etc. Staff friendly and committed, but not hearty and personal... you can't even expect, right at the end of the season...

Light and shadow...

We stayed in a spacious apartment with nicely equipped kitchen. Hotel located just 1min walk from ubahn, which is perfect when skiiing. Good sauna , nice but small swimming pool. Big minus: the smoke of cigarettes everywhere in the building.really annoying and disgusting. Therefore only 3 points, not 4.

Perfect location, good facilities but sigarette smoke everywhere 

First and the worst: the hotel is full of cigarette smoke and fried food smell from the restaurant on the 1st floor, it gets into your room through the door and you can’t sleep in the evening.
Breakfast might be better.
Good and clean rooms.
Good sauna.


Bad smell kills all advantages

We were at the restaurant three times in six days of skiing. It was like an oasis for us. No stress to reserve a table without specific times, super nice staff and the food was perfect. Especially the service, which unfortunately leaves the hotel again in April, was extremely friendly and very competent. But I'm sure it stays good. The freshly prepared dishes were excellent but the pizza was also very delicate. It was a real holiday!
