Unfortunately, the bedrooms are both oriented towards the street, making it rather noisy in the evening by (mostly drunk or drunk) passers-by and in the morning by vans, cars and buses, and in the snow (ideally due to the conditions) by the snow room vehicles. The price level is a bit high for us personally, but the facilities, the size of this apartment, the balconies with a very nice view, the sauna and of course the location directly by the subway speak for themselves.

Apartments other than ours would be worth five points!

we have been at the Maria Theresia twice now and feel very much at home there. The host is superb, the appartments are clean and very practical. There's safe storage for bikes, which is very useful to us. The location of the flat is excellent as it is reight next to the underground station and close to playgrounds. Parking is right in front of the house, which is also very convenient. We will book there again!
Serfaus and Fiss are a highlight on its own and highly recommendable for active families!

Excellent appartment for a family

Excellent service by the owner's family in person, clean and very well furnished apartments, sauna in the house for daily use, excellent location at the village entrance, right next to the subway station.

We've been coming to Serfaus for five years for our skiing holidays and have always stayed at the Apartment Maria Theresia. Fam. Auer is a very friendly host. The apartments are spacious, top clean and price/performance is correct. There is bread service. That the subway station is so close is of course super practical in winter.

We had a very nice time in the apartment of Maria Theresia and will book here again for the next summer vacation in Serfaus.

A nice stay in the apartment Maria Theresa

Very friendly and charming staff, offering the strongest of Nespresso capsules and a wealth of local knowledge. There's an option to order fresh bread every morning. On the ground floor there's an infrared cabin in the sauna area that I enjoyed every night. Perfect recovery after a long day of biking or hiking in a truly unique landscape.

Beautiful apartment with glorious view, hardly any buildings in sight

I was there for a 4 days holidays and would like to recommend this accommodation, just something I found weird ist that the guest we have to pay for for a cleaning service and we have to clean before we leave so its like mhhh im paying but im doing it , and what I mean with cleaning is about the trash we need it to bring it down I understand I hav to left the room clean and everything organized but cmon they could even clean the trash from themselves
but yeah every house has a rules and out of this I find the flat really good

Ski Holidays

Nice staff, well-groomed and well-kept, great choice of typical dishes, great house wine, right price, I ate a steak and mushrooms, a meat grill with potatoes and salad coffee wine, $ 38 to try.

We spent one week in this extremely nice apartment. We found this place occasionally, and very lucky about that. 
The size of apartment is really big, a lot of wood in interior. Kitchen is fully equipped. Our apartment was on the second flow and view to the mountain was amazing. Location is super great, 100m from metro station and 10-15 min walk to the ski lift, 5-8 min to the shop. Hotel is located on central street, the cool thing is that your way is always straight, no up and down to the hills (it is nice when you are wearing ski boots and carrying skiis).

Hotel has free sauna. To our regret we found out that in our last day :). Would advise host to have some signs in English about sauna timetable.

We feel like at home, personal was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Serfaus for a ski trip.
