The only advantage is that the apartment is very close to the railways and good restaurants are within walking distance. Otherwise, we would choose another apartment the next time, as we think this one has seen its best days and a cordial welcome might also be different. - defective rolls. - mold in the bathroom. - stains on the curtains. - washbasins lack the stumps. - very bad lighting in the rooms and thereby there is always something bright in the room. In conclusion: even if the apartment is rated at only 3*, it should not be neglected. We know from our own experience that 3* are usually still top in Austria!

Hotel hui... apartment 

A plain simple pkace to sleep. Fairly good rooms, very close to the main lift station. Great breakfast at the "mother hotel" Jennys Schössl, about a 100 m away. Nothing fancy, but everything ok. Great location, assuming that you ski. 

Plain, simple, good

Clean rooms, not luxury, but enough for a skiing holiday. We stayed for a week, only thing we were hoping for was a few more clothe racks to hang our jackets and trousers to dry.  Nice with the sauna in the building, witch we used daily. The breakfast at Jenny´s Shluss, it was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem with the location is that the building is on a very steep hill, and the buss can´t get close to the hotel.

Good location for skiers

Mixed feelings. Very good location close to skilifts and you can buy ski passes on site. Rooms tidy and cleaned every day. Unfortunately no eating possibility in the hotel nor common room to spend time together. For breakfast (very good but repetitive) you can walk up 100m to sister hotel Jennys Schlossel. Very friendly staff in the restaurant in contrast to the reception (not helpful). Sauna amenities in Haumatl basic. Wellness area in Schlossel stunning but again staff quite moderate. Pure level of German language skills. Average plus. Would come back to Serfaus but different hotel. So much to choose from :)

Skitrip with Family

Nice hotel with super breakfast right by the gondola. The room was clean, generous and located right by the gondola station (2 min) on foot. For breakfast we had to go to the neighboring Jenny's Schlössl. Super hotel, nice service and a great buffet (photos say more than 1000 words)

In short: nice apartment hotel in great location, where you can feel more at home rather than at the hotel. ------ The Huamatl is not really a real hotel. You sign up at Jenny's Schloss, 50 meters away, and an employee hands you the keys and shows you the room. Location: Super! In 2 minutes you're at the gondola station. It's a little further (10 minutes) to shop, but you can take the subway (for free). Generally: There's hardly any reception and you can see staff. There's a living room with multiple rooms/apartments.
