The host of these appartments has lived in Soll for decades and it showed with the advice and support he gave us. We were made incredibly welcome but at the same time the appartment is private and fully self contained. It was the perfect base for our vacation and we very much hope to go again. The acomodation has been finished to a high standard, is modern and elegant. Highly recommended.

Great apartments and an even better host.
We stayed here with 3 families in separateapartments. The apartments are tidy and clean. They are pretty spacious as well. There is some background noise from the nearby road, but that didn't bother us that much. 
Lenny, the host, was very helpful!

Great holiday

Just arrived home from a week's holiday in Soll. Travelled as a group of 14 both adults and young children.
On arrival at the apartments Lenny was there to greet us. The appartments wernt quite ready as we arrived a little early. Lenny showed us to the luggage store so we could go off into town (10 min walk) and get any shopping we required.
Lenny directed us to the closest ski hire shop so we could get ourselves organised so we could get straight on the first ski bus Sunday morning. Whilst we were out Lenny went off to organise all our lift passes to save us the hassle which we greatly appreciated.
The appartments were very spacious and clean. We had plans to eat out at night but the appartments where that good and well equipped we did not bother. The smart TV's were an added bonus with the kids. 
Great location just out of town but a stones throw away from the ski bus stop which was great having young children. 
We will definitely be returning to the appartments next year.

Travelled as a group of family and friends

The apartment itself it just like the website pictures, clean and well maintained, comfortable.
The view from the apartment/balcony though is the main road. It's a very busy road, but if traffic noise doesn't bother you then it's a great place to stay.
There is a lovely walk up into Soll, on a quiet road/footpath when you walk past fields and pastures.

The bergview Apartment House is simpy said a great choice for Söll. Our apartment was specious,clean and comfortable. Its not just "a room",but a really lovely place. On top you get lots of local tips from the owner family. If I'm ever back to Söll this would be our choice.the small town is in walking distance.

Great apartment

Just back from 1 week in Soll. Bergview Haus us a pleasant 10 minte stroll to the village centre. The apartments are beautifully laid out and are extremely roomy. We travelled as a group of 19 and took the 5 apartmenrs from Lenny and Julie.

Lenny was always on hand to deal with any issue and to advise on what to do in Soll and the surrounding region. The apartments are first class throughout and of the highest quality and standard.

I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough. When coming to Soll, make Bergview Haus your first choice!

Superb Apartment in beautiul Soll

We stayed in the Polven 2 bed apartment for 5 nights which far exceeded our expectations. It's was immaculately clean and well appointed. We were met by Lenny who gave us his mobile number should we need it. He's also able to help you with any advice about the town or mountain if you're there for the skiing, The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Soll but has a ski bus stop outside if you don't fancy the walk to the gondola in the morning. We chose to put our boots and skis in the toboggan shop underneath the gondola which was a bargain at 2 euros each a day. Is was our first stay in a ski apartment as we normally stay in hotels, but it won't be the last. It was relaxing and a pleasure to stay there. We were a family with two 19 year old boys and ate out every night but the apartment would equally suit a family with younger children should you wish to eat in. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.Thankyou Lenny and your family for a lovely 5 days.

Fantastic stay at Bergview Haus

Just back from a week in bergview haus. Lenny the owner couldnt have been more helpful. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, large living area. Ski bus was just a min away alternatively you can walk directly to the ski school which only takes 10 min.

Would highly recomend staying here.

Just returned from Soll and a week at the Berg View Haus Apartments.  Located about 15 minute from the centre of the village (or a €6 taxi ride), the ski bus is about 5 minute walk.  (it leaves at 9:09 and 10:10) and will drop you to the bottom of the nursury slopes.

Lovely sized apartment, run by Leonard Carroll, who brings almost 20 years of experience in the resort and it shows!!  Great recommendations and can set you up wth all of the necessary equipment (ski/boot hire, lift passes, lessons)

The apartments have plenty of room, are well equippped and are toasty warm.  We were a group of 5 and we had lots of space.  One of our group unfortunately injured himself on Day 1, but Lenny gave great advice re doctors, physio etc.  the other great thing was the telly in the apartment is a smart TV, so we could hook up Netflix for our injured friend.  And of course the absolute neccessary these days free WiFi
