The apartments are perfectly located. They are close to the bus station, supermarket and just a few steps from the lake. The rooms are very nice, everything was clean. Very friendly and helpful host. Recommended!

Great location and very friendly family run hotel, spotless rooms with great views just 2 minutes from the lake and ferry and water sports. With nearby shops and restaurants .ferry trips great disabled and family friendly walks around the lake

In a great location

We stayed at Apartments Grill this fall and were very satisfied.  We liked the location, as it was convenient but quiet.  The town is a bit lower key and less touristy than St Wolfgang or Hallstat; it made a good base for sightseeing around the region, and the Lake Wolfgang boat dock was just at one end of the block, and farmers market at the other.  Grocery, restaurants, and bakery are within a few steps.  Our apartment was small, but well equipped and quite comfortable.  There was on-site parking.  Nice decks or balconies for some of the rooms; they don't directly overlook the lake, but are still quite pleasant. 

The owner was very friendly and helpful while also not being intrusive.

Upon arriving in Strobl we were collected by Mrs Grill promptly from the main station. 
Everything was very clean and modern with a large flat screen in the bedroom and small flat screen in the living/kitchen area. A lovely whirlpool in the bathroom was an excellent addition (especially after a day skiing) for two people....adding to the romance!

Very nice views from the kitchen and bedroom windows of the lake and mountains. Mrs Grill was very helpful and we were provided with a discounted ski pass for the nearby resort of Postalm.

Bus services were very reliable (nothing TFL could ever match), and very friendly locals.

Good restaurants including a pizzeria and bakery and little cafes along with a nearby well known grocery store.

Excellent all round appartment and Ski Services

Mr. and Mrs. Grill were very friendly and accommodating when we arrived, the self contained apartment itself was very nice and well set up with all the basic needs. We had a wonderful view from the balcony to the mountains beyond and the spa-bath (for 2!) in the room was fantastic............. The town is quite quaint, quiet with a short walk to everything (shops on the corner, backery next door). The Wolfgangsee area is absolutely beautiful and we were lucky enough to have good weather whilst we were here in Autumn. We really didn't have anything to complain about....... the water bed may not have been the best for us for sleeping, but it was great for other endeavours. If you go to this area of Austria, this place is really worth looking at. We would definitely recommend this place to stay for a peaceful get away, romantic weekend or hiking holiday.
